Product Information

The Creative Stage SE is a soundbar that provides high-quality audio for an immersive experience. It comes with an IR remote\ control that allows you to control the soundbar from a distance.
The soundbar has various buttons that control different functions such as power, input selection, volume adjustment, and audio settings. It also features interchangeable AC plugs that make it suitable for use in multiple regions.

Product Usage Instructions

Follow the below instructions to use the Creative Stage SE:

1. Download the multi-language quick start guide from creative.com/support/StageSE.
2. Register your product at creative.com/register.
3. For technical support, visit creative.com/support.
4. Connect the soundbar to a wall socket using the provided power adapter.
5. Press the power button on the IR remote control to turn on the soundbar. Press it again to turn it off.
6. To switch between USB Audio mode and Bluetooth mode, press the input selection button.
7. To initiate Bluetooth pairing mode, press and hold the input selection button for 2 seconds.
8. To increase or decrease the volume, press the volume + or volume – button respectively.
9. To mute the soundbar, press the mute button. Press it again to unmute.
10. To play or pause audio playback, press the play/pause button.
11. To return to the previous track, press the previous track button. To skip to the next track, press the next track button.
12. To increase or decrease the audio warmth, press the tone – or tone + button respectively.
13. To activate or deactivate Surround mode, press the surround button.
14. To activate or deactivate Dialog Plus mode, press the dialog button.
15. To revert all changes made, including Tone, Surround, and Dialog settings, press the reset button.
16. To perform a master reset, press and hold the power button on the IR remote control for 8 seconds. Upon completion, a voice prompt will trigger with the prompt “Reset To Factory Default” and the soundbar will revert to its default state.
17. The interchangeable AC plugs are bundled based on the requirements in their respective countries and are suitable for use in regions using the same AC plugs. To replace an AC plug, place it on the power adapter and push it down while turning it in a clockwise direction to lock it. To remove an AC plug, press and turn it in an anti-clockwise direction.

CONTROLS

Note: Upon powering on, Creative Stage SE will automatically initiate Bluetooth pairing when source input is switched from USB Audio to Bluetooth.

IR REMOTE CONTROL

• Power Button
  Press once to turn on the soundbar.
  Press once again to turn it off.

• Input Selection Button
  Press once to switch between USB Audio mode and Bluetooth mode.
  Press and hold for 2s to initiate Bluetooth pairing mode.

• Mute Button
  Press once to mute the soundbar.
  Press once again to unmute.

• Volume + Button
  Press once to increase volume.
  Volume – Button
  Press once to decrease volume.

• Play / Pause Button
  Press once to play / pause audio playback.
  Previous Track Button
  Press once to return to previous track.

• Next Track Button
  Press once to skip to next track.

• Tone – Button
  Press to increase audio warmth; this will increase the prominence of bass reproduction and vocals.

• Tone + Button
  Press to increase audio brilliance; this will increase the prominence of high and upper mid frequencies, making the audio crisper.

• Surround Button
  Press once to activate Surround mode; this mode will deliver expanded soundstage and spatialized audio for a more immersive experience.
  Press once again to turn it off.

• Dialog Button
  Press once to activate Dialog Plus mode; this mode provides improved vocal intelligibility in spoken dialogs, allowing you to hear each syllable clearer.
  Press once again to turn it off.

• Reset Button
  Press once to revert all changes made, including Tone, Surround, and Dialog settings.

INTERCHANGEABLE AC PLUGS

Creative Stage SE includes a power adapter with interchangeable AC plugs, suitable for use in multiple regions. Refer to the instructions below for more information.

Replacing Interchangeable AC Plugs

1. Place the AC plug on the power adapter, then push it down and turn clockwise direction to lock it.

2. Press and turn the AC plug anti-clockwise to remove from the power adapter

Note: Interchangeable AC plug(s) are bundled based on the requirements in their respective countries and are suitable for use in regions using the same AC plugs.

MASTER RESET

Press and hold the power button on the provided IR remote control for 8s to perform a Master Reset. Upon completion, a voice prompt will trigger with the prompt “Reset To Factory Default” and the soundbar will revert to its default state. Master Reset is reserved for cases where users encounter issues while the soundbar is in use or during situations such as: Bluetooth Pairing failure, random LED blinks, or to reset all data.
