Jewelry Polisher Tumbler
The Jewelry Polisher Tumbler is a device used to polish jewelry items. The product is available in three different models, namely KD-68081, KD-68082, and KD-68083. The product comes with a warning to reduce the risk of injury, and the user must read the user manual carefully before operating the device. The product complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules and is subject to European Directive 2012/19/EC.
The device has several parts, including a polishing barrel, bucket belt, barrel cover, lid clasp, main pole, motor spindle, auxiliary spindle, host, indicator, timing switch, switch/two-way/one-way operation, 5-speed optional, steel ball 450g, and sealing ring. The polishing bucket material is made of ABS plastic and cannot be used with corrosive liquid as it can cause cracks in the cylinder. The capacity ratio of the polishing bucket is to pour water to 2/5 barrel and put 450g (steel ball or material) with jewelry. Then add 10g polishing solution.
Product Usage Instructions
Jewelry Polisher Tumbler
- Read the user manual carefully before operating the device to reduce the risk of injury.
- Place the jewelry items to be polished inside the polishing barrel.
- Pour water to 2/5 barrel and put 450g (steel ball or material) with jewelry. Then add 10g polishing solution.
- Select a specific time by turning the time control button.
- Push the button for one-way rotation or two-way rotation. It rotates in one direction for about 1 minute, then it automatically rotates in the opposite direction for 1 minute. We recommend bidirectional rotation, which is more effective.
- There is a stop section for 5s during the two-way rotation.
- After the polishing process is complete, carefully remove the jewelry items from the polishing barrel.
- Clean the polishing barrel and other parts of the device as per the instructions provided in the user manual.

Some dust created by power sanding, sawing, grinding, contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. Some examples of these chemicals are:

- Arsenic and chromium from chemically-treated lumber.

GENERAL SAFETY RULES
WARNING: Do not attempt to operate the machine until you have read thoroughly and understood completely all instructions, rules, etc. contained in this manual. Failure to comply may result in accidents involving fire, electric shock, or serious personal injury. Keep this owner’s manual and review frequently for continuous safe operation.
- Know your machine. For your own safety, read the owner’s manual carefully. Learn its application and limitations, as well as specific potential hazards pertinent to this machine.
- Make sure all tools are properly earthed.
- Keep guards in place and in working order. If a guard must be removed for maintenance or cleaning,make sure it is properly replaced before using the machine again.
- Remove adjusting keys and spanners. Form a habit of checking to see that the keys and adjusting spanners are removed from the machine before switched it on.
- Keep your work area clean. Cluttered areas and workbenches increase the chance of an accident.
- Do not use in dangerous environments. Do not use power tools in damp or wet locations, or expose them to rain. Keep work areas well illuminated.
- Keep children away. All visitors should be kept a safe distance.
- From the work area.
- Make workshop childproof. Use padlocks, master switches and remove starter keys.
- Do not force the machine. It will do the job better and be safer at the rate for which it is designed.
- Use the right tools. Do not force the machine or attachments to do a job for which they are not designed. Contact the manufacturer or distributor if there is any question about the machine’s suitability for a particular task.
- Wear proper apparel. Avoid loose clothing, gloves, ties, rings, bracelets, and jewellery which could get caught in moving parts. Non-slip footwear is recommended. Wear protective hair covering to contain long hair.
- Do not over-reach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times.
- Maintain the machine in good condition. Keep the machine clean for best and safest performance. Follow instructions for lubrication and changing accessories.
- Disconnect the machine from power source before servicing and when changing the blade.
- Never leave the machine running unattended. Turn the power off. Do not leave the machine until it comes to a complete stop.
- Do not use any power tools while under the effects of drugs, alcohol or medication.
- Always wear a face or dust mask if operation creates a lot of dust and/or chips. Always operate the tool in a well ventilated area and provide for proper dust removal. Use a suitable dust extractor.
Operation Tips
Operation tips for polishing bucket
Polishing bucket material is ABS plastic which can not put any corrosive liquid corrosive liquid is easy to make the polishing cylinder cracks,all such cases are regarded as artificial damage,do not replace or return,please pay attention to these caseswe just can add water when polish.
Capacity ratio of polishing bucket

Control work description
- Select a specific time by turning the time control button.
- Push the button, which is a one-way rotation .
- Push the button, it is a two-way rotation. It rotates in one direction for about 1 minute, then it automatically rotates in the opposite direction for 1 minute. We recommend bidirectional rotation, which is more effective.
Disclaimer: There is a stop section for 5s during the two-way rotation. After the stop, the barrel will automatically rotate into the opposite direction. During the stop, cannot push the button to rotate in a single direction. Otherwise, the machine will power off and not work. Then it needs to push the button to return to work normally, and then push the button to rotate in a single/one-way direction.

Polishing steps
Material: abrasive plus coarse grinding powder → fine grinding powder → polishing powder → final polishing powder
Step 1: Open
- Wash the abrasive with water, put 1-1.5 pounds of abrasive in the bucket (the ratio of abrasive to product is 3:1).
- Add the abrasive and coarse grinding powder for step 1.
- Add an appropriate amount of water to submerge the abrasive.
- Tighten the lid of the bucket to prevent water leakage.
Step 2: Continue grinding…
During the second stage, the product will continue to be polished, and it is very important to check the abrasive during this period.
- Pour the contents of the bucket into the fine filter screen, and thoroughly clean the product and the bucket.
- Refill the product into the barrel.
- Add the finely ground powder for step 2.
- Add appropriate amount of water to cover the product to ensure that the barrel and body are clean and dry.
- Polish again until the surface of the product is shiny.
Note: Remember don’t pour gravel into the household sewer!
Step, 3: polishing!
It’s time for polishing.
- Pour the contents of the barrel into the filter to filter and clean the product. Make sure not to pour any gravel into the sewer.
- Thoroughly wash the product and bucket with soap to remove all traces of grit. You can use a hard-bristled brush or an old toothbrush.
- Pour the product back into the bucket, add water to cover the surface, and sand for 5-10 minutes. This step can remove the remaining grit fragments to avoid scratching the polished product.
- Clean the product and barrel again.
- Pour the product back into the bucket, add the polishing powder for step 3, and add an appropriate amount of water to cover the surface.
- Make sure that the barrel and body are clean and dry.
- Polish until the product is bright.
Step 4: Final polishing
Now do the final polishing to give your products the brightest luster, and then you can put them into the jewelry accessories.
- Pour the contents of the barrel into the filter to filter and clean the product. Make sure not to pour any gravel into the sewer.
- Thoroughly wash the product and bucket with soap to remove all traces of grit. You can use a hard-bristled brush or an old toothbrush.
