Product Information

The Crystorama Model #5024-AW-CL-MWP is a damp-rated lighting fixture that has been lighting the way for sixty years. The fixture requires four candelabra base bulbs, with 40 watts recommended and 60 watts max. LED bulbs are recommended for extended use. The fixture comes with a center column kit, fixture body kit, mounting plate, wire connector x2, loop, ball nut x2, chain, fixture loop, coupling, 3.5 arm x4, metal candle sleeve x4, white PVC candle sleeve x4, and finial. The crystal sets include 24 sets of (1) 14mm and (1) AS9-1.5 crystal.

Please note that all electrical components must be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the National Electric Code and the appropriate local electrical codes. Product Usage Instructions

1. Place the fixture parts on a soft cloth-covered platform before installation.
2. Attach the center column kit to the fixture body kit using the coupling and finial.
3. Attach the mounting plate onto the outlet box.
4. Decide on the desired hanging height and adjust the chain to the correct length.
5. Raise the fixture up and do the wire connection. Attach the canopy over the mounting plate and secure with loop.
6. Put the metal candle sleeve onto the socket.
7. Dress the crystals as illustrated.

Note that the bulbs are not included with the fixture. Use four candelabra base bulbs with 40 watts recommended and 60 watts max. LED bulbs are recommended for extended use.

HOW TO INSTALL

Place the fixture parts on a soft cloth-covered platform before installation of fixture.

1. Attach the Center column kit to the fixture body kit using the coupling and finial.

2. Attach the mounting plate onto the outlet box.

3. Decide the desired hanging height and adjust the chain to the correct length.

4. Raise the fixture up and do the wire connection.
   Attach the canopy over the mounting plate and secure with loop.

5. Put the metal candle sleeve onto the socket.

6. Dress the crystals as illustrated.
