Why did my HP wireless keyboard suddenly stop working?
Check the Bluetooth keyboard’s power and connectivity. If the keyboard has an On/Off switch, make sure it is engaged.
Where is the HP wireless keyboard on/off switch located?
A switch is located on the wireless keyboard and mouse’s underside.
How can I charge my HP wireless keyboard?
Remove the cover for the battery compartment by flipping the phone over. Install new batteries.
How many batteries are needed for the HP keyboard?
Two AA batteries are required for both the mouse and keyboard. Utilizing rechargeable batteries is not recommended. Before turning off the computer, close any programs that are running.
Without Bluetooth, how can I connect a wireless keyboard to my computer?
A Bluetooth dongle may be included with your wireless keyboard. You won’t need this dongle if your PC already has Bluetooth built in, which most modern computers do. If your PC does not support Bluetooth, connect the dongle to a USB port and wait for the computer to load the necessary drivers.
How does a wireless keyboard sync?
There is frequently a Connect button on the USB receiver. When you press the receiver, the light should start to flash. The USB receiver’s flashing light should stop after you click the Connect key on your keyboard or mouse. Your receiver and mouse or keyboard are now in sync.
