Product Information

The Crystorama Model #5036-AW-CL-S is a chandelier that has been designed to provide lighting for your space in a stylish manner. The fixture is damp rated, which means it can be used in areas where there is moisture. The chandelier requires six candelabra base bulbs, with 40 watts recommended and 60 watts maximum. LED bulbs are recommended for extended use. The product comes with crystal sets that need to be dressed as illustrated.

Product Usage Instructions

Before installing the fixture, make sure to turn off the power. All electrical components must be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the National Electric Code and appropriate local electrical codes.

1. Place the fixture parts on a soft cloth-covered platform before installation of fixture.
2. Attach the center column kit to the fixture body kit using the coupling and finial.
3. Attach the mounting plate onto the outlet box.
4. Decide the desired hanging height and adjust the chain to the correct length.
5. Raise the fixture up and do the wire connection. Attach the canopy over the mounting plate and secure with fixture loop.
6. Put the candle sleeve onto the socket.
7. Dress the crystals as illustrated.
