V I V O MOUNT-MM01B Pneumatic Spring Mantle Wall TV Mount
SKU: MOUNT-MM01B
This product is a TV mount that can be used both on wood and concrete/brick
walls. It has a weight capacity of 11-88 lbs (5-40 kg) and a pneumatic spring
arm that allows easy adjustment of the TV position. The package includes all
the necessary hardware for installation on different types of walls and TV
models.

- Do not install into drywall alone. Verify your wall construction. Use wood studs to mount. We include mounting for brick and concrete walls. If unsure, please contact us at help@vivo-us.com, or call us at 309-278-9303.
- Do not exceed weight capacity. Failure to do so may result in serious injury.
- This product contains small parts that can be a choking hazard for children under 3 years. Adult supervision is required.

Tools needed: drill, Phillips screwdriver, pencil, level.
Note: not all hardware included will be used.
ASSEMBLY STEPS

While holding Arm (A) closed, cut the zip tie and gently release Arm (A).

Option A: Wood Wall Installation
Use Arm (A) to mark mounting holes on wall where the stud is located.
The use of a stud finder and level is highly recommended. Using a 15/64 (6mm) drill bit, drill holes at least 3.54 (90mm) deep into marked locations. Insert ST8x90mm Screw (W-A) into the top hole, leaving 6mm of thread exposed. Hang the top hole in Arm (A) over the screw, and secure using two more ST8x90mm Screws (W-A) with M8 Washers (W-C). -
Option B: Concrete/Brick Wall Installation
Use Arm (A) to mark mounting holes on the wall. The use of a stud finder and level is highly recommended. Using a 12/25 (12mm) drill bit, drill holes at least 3.74 (95mm) deep into marked locations. Press Concrete Anchors (W-B) into holes, then insert ST8x90mm Screws (W-A) into the top hole, leaving 6mm of thread exposed. Hang the top hole in Arm (A) over the screw, and secure using four more ST8x90mm Screws (W-A) with M8 Washers (W-C). -
Attach Plastic Covers (C) to Arm (A).

Assemble TV Plate (B) to Arm (A) using M6 Nuts (S-A) and Wrenchv (T-C).

Remove Screws (D1) from VESA Brackets (D) and set them aside. Attach VESA Brackets (D) to the back of the monitor using screws (M-A through
M-E) and M8 Washers (M-E). If screws are too long, spacers (M-F,
M-G) may be required. -
Hang VESA Brackets (D) over TV Plate (B) and secure using Screws (D1).

Adjust the tension of Arm (A) using 6mm Allen Wrench (T-B). Turn 6mm Allen Wrench (T-B) clockwise to decrease tension, and counterclockwise to increase.

Remove the bottom cover from Arm (A). Organize cables and re-attach the cover.

Adjust the tilt using a 4mm Allen Wrench (T-A) and the rotation using Wrench (T-C).
To use the Pneumatic Spring Mantle / Wall TV Mount, follow these steps:
- Determine the type of wall you will be mounting the TV on. If it is a wood wall, follow Option A in the assembly steps. If it is a concrete/brick wall, follow Option B.
- Assemble the Arm (A) and attach it to the wall following the instructions in Steps 1-3.
- Attach the TV Plate (B) to the Arm (A) using M6 Nuts (S-A) and Wrench (T-C), as described in Step 4.
- Attach the VESA Brackets (D) to the back of your TV using screws (M-A through M-E) and M8 Washers (M-E). If screws are too long, spacers (M-F, M-G) may be required, as explained in Step 5.
- Hang the VESA Brackets (D) over the TV Plate (B) and secure using Screws (D1), as described in Step 6.
- Adjust the tension of Arm (A) using 6mm Allen Wrench (T-B), as explained in Step 7.
- Organize cables and re-attach the bottom cover of Arm (A), as described in Step 8.
- Adjust the tilt using a 4mm Allen Wrench (T-A) and the rotation using Wrench (T-C), as explained in Step 9.
