Forced Convection Fried Food Holding Cabinet
The Bird House provides a heated stream of air to maintain fried food temperature and freshness for a specified period of time after cooking. The heated air is discharged through small circular openings in the bottom of the grate and through a slotted opening located in the front top to provide a warm blanket of air over the food. Additionally, the grate has small round embossments to minimize hot metal contact with the food. Air filter, grease/crumb pan, product divider, and bottom grate are removable for cleaning.
