Starfrit 80211 Mechanical Kitchen Scale
PARTS & COMPONENTS
- Bowl
- Cross Bowl Holder
- Adjustment Knob
- Weighing Platform
ASSEMBLY
- Place the scale on a flat and solid surface.
- Cut the ties under the weighing platform to remove the protective cardboard.
- Unscrew the screws located at the outermost holes on the weighing platform of the scale. Set screws and nuts aside.
- Place the cross bowl holder on the scale. Insert the screws and tighten them with the nuts. Note: It is very important to align the holes of the cross bowl holder with those on the weighing platform of the balance.
- Place the bowl on the cross bowl holder. Calibrate the scale by turning the adjustment knob on top of the scale until the needle indicates 5 kg / 0 lb.
ADVICE FOR USE & CARE
- Always use the scale on a hard flat surface.
- Clean the scale with a slightly damp cloth.
- Avoid contact with water. DO NOT immerse the scale in water.
- All plastic parts should be cleaned immediately after contact with fat, spices, vinegar and strongly flavored/colored food. Avoidcontact with acid citrus juices.
- DO NOT use chemical or abrasive cleaning agents.
- Not for commercial use.

The Retro Kitchen Scale comes with a bowl, cross bowl holder, adjustment knob, and weighing platform. The scale is designed to help you weigh ingredients accurately in your kitchen.
Product Usage
- Place the scale on a flat and solid surface.

- Place the bowl on the cross bowl holder.
- Calibrate the scale by turning the adjustment knob on top of the scale until the needle indicates 5 kg / 0 lb.
- Now you can use the Retro Kitchen Scale to weigh your ingredients accurately.
