Klipxtreme KMM-410 Dual Monitor Mount

Important Information

Don’t worry… This mount may look like a super hard thing to install, but actually it’s made for people who think a screwdriver is just a drink.

This installation is easy, but please don’t get to it before you read this manual thoroughly.

What do you need?

If you want to install it with the clamp, nothing!
But if you are planning to install it using the grommet, you’ll need a pencil, a screwdriver, a drill and bit and a measuring tape. In pictures, just in case:

What else do you need?

Well, you need to read what we call the don’t-say-we-didn’t-tell-you-so information:

• Don’t mount a monitor over 8 kg or 17.5 lb.

• Mount a monitor between 13 and 32 in.
  WATCH OUT: Using this desk mount with products that exceed the indicated weight and size limits could cause instability, accidents and personal injury.

• This mount is compatible with the 100 x 100 VESA standard.

• The bracket must be installed as indicated in this installation manual. Incorrect assembly could cause personal injury.

• This product contains small items that may present a choking hazard if swallowed. Keep them away from children.

• This product is designed for indoor use only. Using it outdoors could affect its stability.
  FOR CURVED MONITORS: If installing a curved monitor, please use the associated hardware which is the M4X25mm (x8) bolts and L13mm spacers (x8).
  

Installation!

Everybody knows a book with pictures is better than a book with none. So, here’s the installation in pictures and (almost) no words. You are welcome.

Step 1A
Follow this step if you want to use the clamp to attach the monitor mount to your desk.

Follow this step if you want to use the grommet to attach the monitor mount to your desk.

Note: Make sure the arm rotates smoothly after tightening.

Before we go, a little tip: check the installation periodically (every three months, at least) and make sure everything is in place and safe.
