Product Information
The NP1190 is a water pump manufactured by Nikolaou Tools. It has a voltage and frequency of 230V/50Hz and an input power of900W. The pump can deliver water up to a maximum height of 60m and has a maximum pump rate of 4500 L/h. It comes with a 20m cable length and 9 impellers. The pump is designed for efficient transmission of water and has specifications to ensure safe usage.
Product Usage Instructions
Before Operation: Ensure that the pump is in good condition before use. Do not attempt to repair the device ifit is damaged or if there is any external damage to the power cord or plug. This can lead to electrical shock.
After Turning Off the Device: Before attempting to repair the device, ensure that it is turned off and the plug isremoved from the socket. Electrical problems must only be repaired by authorized repair personnel to avoid damage and minimize therisk of electrocution.
Troubleshooting: If the pump is running but notdelivering water, check if the water level is too low or if the pump inlet is blocked. If the pump does not start running or stops suddenly during operation, it could be due to power interruption, capacitor damage, or foreign matter stuck in the inlet. Inefficient transmission efficiency could be due to a blocked inlet area or incorrect selection of water pipes. Refer to the technical parameters for the maximum transmission height and select water pipes of other diameter or length if necessary.
Cleaning: To maintain the pump’s efficiency, clean the inlet area regularly. Close the pump, remove the powerplug, and clean the inlet to remove any foreign matter.
Storage and Transportation: Store the pump in a safe and dry place to avoid damage. During transportation, ensurethat the pump is delivered in solid packaging to avoid damages.
Environmental Disposal: The pump and its accessories are made of recyclable materials and can be disposed of accordingly. The plastics components are marked according to their material for easy removal and disposal. In observance of European Directive 2002/96/EC on waste electrical and electronic equipment, electric tools that have reached the end of their life must be collected separately and returned to an environmentally compatible recycling facility.
