Product Information

The product is an industrial water supply equipment with the model number NP2115, manufactured by Nikolaou Tools. The product has a rated power of 1100W and operates on a voltage and frequency of 230V and 50Hz respectively. The equipment has a maximum height of 45m, a maximum suction height of 8m, and a maximum conveying amount of 4200 L/h. The tank capacity of the equipment is 24L. The equipment is intended for use with industrial water supply applications such as toilets and washing machines. The product should not be used for drinking water supply.

Product Usage Instructions

Before starting up the equipment, read through the instructions for use carefully. Failure to follow all instructions listed below may result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious personal injury. Children and youths are not permitted to operate the equipment.

Commissioning

Ensure that all components are properly installed according to the manufacturer’s instructions before commissioning the equipment. If any non- manufacturer components are used, the warranty will be invalid, and it may endanger you and your environment.

Operation

The equipment should only be operated in a dry environment to avoid the risk of electric shock. The suction pipeline must be installed to avoid any mechanical force or tension. If the transmission pipeline is polluted, apply a filter to make cleaning and protection. Install one check valve to prevent equipment shut-down caused by water absence during pumping. When the components are unable to withstand compression or the installation is incorrect, the pressure pipeline may burst during operation, leading to a risk of liquid ejection.

Maintenance

All gaskets shall be renewed when components are dismantled. Keep the instructions for use in safe custody.

Troubleshooting

Most problems can be easily troubleshooted by yourself. Before any attempt to repair the device, ensure that the device is turned off and that the plug is removed from the socket. Electrical problems must only be repaired by authorized repair personnel.
