Installation Guide
Preparation
Prepare door: remove existing deadbolt or use provided template to bore new holes.
Step 1 DETERMINE DOOR OPENING DIRECTION
There are 4 common door-opening directions, the lockset configuration as shown on each diagram below corresponds to the respective door-opening direction.
LEFT OUT-SWING DOOR
Make sure the latch throw is correctly oriented as shown to fit your left out-

IMPORTANT
This lock is designed for 35-65mm Wooden or Aluminium Door or Aluminium
Thermal Barrier Door. If your door is outside the range of the list above
please contact our Customer hotline: (855) 562-5599
Before installing the exterior assembly, make sure you have already adjusted
your door handle (Step 2) and identified the latch throw orientation according
to door opening direction.
Step 2 CHANGING HANDLE FOR RIGHT OR LEFT SWING DOORS
The diagram below shows how to shift the door handle from right to left
direction. The default setting of the handle is for right handed door. You do
not need to change direction if you have a right handed door.
Change the handle direction of the Exterior Assembly
Use allen wrench to loosen screws on both sides on the handle base.
Step 3 INSTALLING THE LOCKSET
Make sure your door is prepared for installation. If you need to drill new holes, please use the supplied template for drilling holes. Before installing the Lockset, confirm the door opening direction (Step 1) and ensure latch throw is on correctly oriented to the door’s opening direction.
Insert Lockset onto door hole and secure with screws (top and bottom) .

Step 4 INSTALLING THE EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR ASSEMBLY
- Install the exterior assembly onto the door. Make sure the spindle, cables and rods are routed correctly through the holes in the door. Install top and bottom mounting blocks and secure with scews.
- Connect Bluetooth receiver Rotate plugs to tighten cable connection.
- Install top mounting block. Remove the adhesive tape at the back of Bluetooth receiver (L) and install under mounting block. Mount the (K) on the groove of the top block to secure the Bluetooth receiver.
Step 5 FINAL CHECK AND BATTERY INSTALLATION
- Use a screwdriver to loosen the battery cover screw then open battery compartment.
- Unplug the terminals of the battery box and install the battery.
- Reconnect the battery box to terminals, insert to compartment and return the cover.
- Tighten the battery screw J to secure battery cover, then install Bottom Screw Cover (I) to conceal bottom screwsTo complete installation, install door interior handle according to the user manual of your interior door handle
Step 6 DOWNLOAD LOCKLYPRO APP
Congratulations! You have completed the Lockly Guard physical lock
installation. To complete your setup, download the LocklyPro app from the iOS
or Google Play app Store and follow on-screen instructions.
