  7. Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Do not route cord under furniture or appliances. Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.

  8. Never insert fingers, pencils, or any other object through Front or Rear Blade Guards.

  9. Disconnect air cooler when moving it from one location to another.

  10. Disconnect air cooler before removing grills for cleaning.

  11. Be sure air cooler is on a stable surface when operating to avoid overturning.

  12. DO NOT use air cooler in window. Rain may create electrical hazard.

  13. Complete the assembly of the air cooler before switching on the air cooler.

  14. Maintain labels and nameplates on the air cooler. If unreadable or missing, contact Vivo for a replacement.

  15. Use only in dry areas. Do not use in bathrooms, laundry area, near sinks or other sources of water.

  16. This air cooler is not a toy. Keep it out of reach of children. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

  17. People with pacemakers should consult their physician(s) before use. Electromagnetic fields in close proximity to heart pacemaker could cause pacemaker interference or pacemaker failure.

Explanation of operation

  1. Filling water: as shown in **figure 1

** open up cover plate filling slowly with clean water. when filling in the water and make sure the water level is not above the highest scale.

  1. Automatic filling in water : this machine is equipped with an automatic injection device ( as shown in **figure3

**  , the appropriate pipe ( 25 mm diameter)disconnected to the pipe mouth , internal floating ball would- automatically close or open water injection according to the water level.

  1. The usage of ice-box :I . If you use ice-box for the first time : open the lid, inject water up to the scale , then tighten the lid . Set aside for 30-40minutes, till theater and ice crystal mix completely . Put the icebox in the refrigerators freezer room to stay for two hours. Take the icebox out and put it into their cooler sic container in order to cool down the water temperature . After using it for along time , the ice crystal turns to jelly , please put it in the refrigerator again. It can be recycled and reused.
  2. The drain outlet is on the bottom , as shown in Figure 4water tank
    Loose the drain nut ,and tilt the machine body , the water tank can become pletely emptied. The machine should be regularly drained and cleaned . If it will not  be used for along time, please empty the water tank.

Function description

Power: power button. press this button to open the air cooler; pressthisbutton at any state to stop the operation.
Swingcontrol the left-right swing, press again to stop swinging.
Cool: press to open or close the cooling system.
Timer: press to set timing system. The timer range is from1h-12h.
Speed: set wind speed.
Air type: press to change the wind type: natural wind or normal wind.
Notice: do not open the cooling system when the water tank is empty. If thewater tank is empty,the mark is shining, buzzer hints about 10seconds, pumpswitch cut off automatically.

Faults and maintenance

Warm prompt: After long-time operation, dust accumulation on the pre-filters and the wet curtain would affect  the airflow and air purify.

Please clean the machine regularly.

  1. Clean pre-filter
    Turn off the power, loose the screws, then pull out the pre-filter, clean it with soft brush and mild detergent, rinse by water and dry under the sunshine.

  2. Clean wet curtain
    Turn off the power, loose the screws in the back-cover plate, take out the back-cover plate .Loose the plastic nuts on the wet curtain, the side of wet pad can be emoted. clean it with soft brush and mild  detergent, rinse by water and dry under the sunshine, then install back to the machine. If the dirt is hard  to remove after long-term usage, please change a newest curtain.

  3. Clean the surface
    Turn off the power, clean it with mild detergent and soft cloth. Notice: control panel shall not be touched   by water.

Symptom Possible causes solution
LED display is light off
  1. The power cord is unplugged or poor contact.
  2. LED screen is damaged. 3.Circuit board error.

  1. Plug in the power to form a good connection.
  2. Replace LED screen.
  3. Replace circuit board.

The water pump is not working|

  1. The water pipe is blocked.
  2. Long-term waterless refrigeration.
  3. Use the dirt generated by poor water quality to jam the center shaft.

  1. Clean the water pipe with a small brush Clean and keep the water flowing smoothly
  2. Long-term no water refrigeration leads to damage to the water pump and the pump needs to be replaced.
  3. Take out the shaft and put it on the surface Clean the dirt and insert it with the appropriate lubricating oil Debug the hinge.

No wind or too slow wind|

  1. the wind blade is stuck.
  2. .The wind blade is not fixed.
  3. The main control board is wrong.

  1. Check the problem of wind blades
  2.   Replace the blades to make them fixed.
  3. Replace the main control board.

The motor fails|

  1. The control panel button is damaged.
  2. The motor and control panel connection wire fall off .

  1. Replace the control panel.
  2. Replace the wiring between the control
    panel and the motor.

The drain valve is leaking|

  1. The drain valve is ruptured.
  2. The rubber band falls.

  1. Replace the drain valve.
  2. Add a rubber band.
