The TRACcess system brings low-cost access management to offline locations.
Mobile keys eliminate the management of physical keys and cards, lowering
administrative costs. Authorized key holders may access properties at any
time, without obtaining physical keys or sharing combination codes. Real-time
data can be used to increase workforce productivity and result in higher ROI
from remote operations.
THE NETWORK IS IN THE KEY
Smartphones equipped with the TRACcess eKEY® app deliver system communications
as well as mobile key credentials. Key holders enjoy one-key convenience (no
racks, rings, or packs of physical keys to manage) while operations eliminates
key audits, distribution, duplication, and rekeying or reprogramming locks.
The TRACcess eKEY app communicates with TRACcess electronic locks via the
phone’s Bluetooth® signal, independently of cellular coverage at the site.
Activity data is transmitted back to the TRACcess system via the phone’s
Internet signal for a real-time audit trail. Operators can monitor activity
online, receive email alerts, or generate routine reports of site activity.
MANAGEMENT IS IN THE CLOUD
The Traces Manager system provides robust commercial management for your
Traces products via a secure Internet portal. Key holder authorization, site
permissions, and information management are handled by a powerful user
interface with versatile
search and reporting capabilities.
ADMINISTRATION CAN BE SHARED
Property owners who authorize service vendors or other contractors to
routinely enter their premises may select Trusted Vendor Access to delegate
key management to their vendors. The owner “trusts” a vendor organization with
access to specific facilities while the vendor manages day-to-day mobile key
permissions. Both parties see the access activity and audit trail while
keeping the administrative burden where it belongs.
TRANSFORMING OPERATIONS
Visibility of site activity can change remote operations.
Travel expenses are slashed when staff is no longer needed to admit vendors,
rekey locks, or drive out to check a logbook. Administrative staff is freed
from hours of auditing, dispatching, and collecting physical keys. Workforce
administration is easier. Job notes provide status updates while Left Site
notices confirm when a job is done. Vendor access can be confirmed as a
verification of service performance. Authorizing a new contractor is as simple
as a phone call and entering a data record.
