RANGER DESIGN 6550-FTS Shelving Track Kit
Product Information
The 6550-FTS Install Track Kit is designed for the Ford Transit 130 WB, Driver
Side Medium Roof. The kit includes mounting tracks, end caps, and a customer
fastener kit. The kit requires a cordless impact, cordless drill, 1/4 Plusnut
gun or Plusnut tools, 3/8 drill
bit, 7/16 socket, 13mm socket, tape measure, and marker for installation.
Product Usage Instructions
Phase 1 – Assembly
- Setup: Unpack components and compare with the bill of materials provided in the user manual. Verify all parts are present.
Phase 2 – Installation
- Mounting Track Installation: Attach one end cap on each side of the mounting tracks. Use the OEM threaded holes on the vehicle to mount the tracks using Plusnuts and the fasteners provided in the customer fastener kit. Refer to the diagram provided in the user manual for proper placement of Plusnuts.
- New Shelving Installation w/ Install Track
Kit: Align the wall brackets to the wall mounting track kits, then install the wall brackets to the wall mounting track kits using channel nuts. Tighten the bolts that used to attach the wall bracket to the wall or wall kits first before tightening the bolts that used to attach the wall bracket to the end panel.

PHASE 2 – INSTALLATION
MOUNTING TARCK INSTALLATION
Attach one end cap on each side of the mounting tracks
- Place the mounting tracks in the van, then mark the holes that need to used to van.
- Attach plusnut to the van, then install the mounting track.

PHASE 2 – INSTALLATION
NEW SHELVING INSTALLATION W/ INSTALL TRACK KIT
Aligned the wall brackets to the wall mounting track kits, then install the wall brackets to the wall mounting track kits using channel nuts.
NOTE: Tightened the bolts that used to attach the wall bracket to the wall or wall kits 1st before the bolts that used to attach the wall bracket to the end panel.
IMPORTANT : After installation is completed, ensure all bolts are tightened.
