Unfold Bike

  • Remove the packaging, then place the bike on a flat surface.
  • Open the frame on both sides and unfold it.

  • Close the safety fold fastener as shown in the picture.

Install Handlebars

  1. Open the folding riser telescopic adjustment buckle.
  2. Insert the telescopic standpipe in the same direction.
  3. Insert the telescopic standpipe and adjust to the proper height. Close the adjustment buckle in the direction shown in the picture.
    Note: If the adjustment buckle is too tight or too loose, please adjust the screw at “1” appropriately.

Folding Riser Operation

  • Put the folding riser up and close it in the direction shown in the picture.
  • After confirming that the quick-release bolt is inserted, lift the lever and buckle according to the direction shown in the figure.HITWAY-BK6-Electric-Bike-fig-5

Press the folding buckle in the direction shown in the picture to lock the folding riser.

Note:
If the folding buckle is too tight or too loose, please adjust the screw at “1” appropriately.

Seat tube installation operation

  • Open the seat tube adjustment quick-release buckle in the direction shown in the picture.
  • Insert the seat tube and adjust it to the proper height. Fasten the quick-release buckle in the direction shown in the picture.
    Note: If the buckle is too tight or too loose, please adjust the screw at “1” appropriately.

Front reflector installation method

Put the front reflector bracket into the corresponding position of the handlebar, and tighten the screw with a Phillips screwdriver.

Wheel reflectors installation method

  1. Put the wheel reflector in the proper spoke position.
  2. Snap the clips of the wheel reflectors to the spokes.
  3. Tighten the buckle to fasten the wheel reflector. The front wheel reflector and rear wheel reflector operate in the same way.

Rear fender support stick fixing method

  1. Use the No. 4 Allen key in the 16-in-1 tool to remove the pre-installed fender support screws and washers on the left and right sides of the frame, as shown in the picture.HITWAY-BK6-Electric-Bike-fig-11
  2. Pass the support rod through the fender support rod fixing screw and use a No. 4 Allen key to tighten it into the corresponding screw holes on both sides of the frame, as shown in the picture.

Pedal installation method

The “L” marked on the pedal shaft is the left pedal. Turn the pedal shaft counterclockwise and screw it into the left crank, and then use a No. 15 open- end wrench to turn it counterclockwise to tighten. The “R” marked on the pedal shaft is the right pedal. Rotate the pedal shaft clockwise and screw it into the right crank, and then use a No. 15 open-end wrench to turn it clockwise to tighten.

Power-on operation steps

  1. Insert the key into the keyhole at “1” in the picture, turn the key from the “OFF” position to the right and screw it to the “ON” position.
  2. Press the switch on the panel at “2” in the picture to start the machine.HITWAY-BK6-Electric-Bike-fig-14
  • Insert the key and turn the key from the “OFF” position to the “ON” position.
  • Press the switch on the panel in the picture.
