Product Information
The Ansell luminaires are electrical products used for lighting purposes. They come with a warranty period during which the manufacturer will repair or replace any faulty products. The warranty details can be obtained from the local representative or the Ansell website.
It is recommended that only qualified electricians should install and maintain
the Ansell luminaires. The wiring should be in accordance with the latest IEC
standards or national equivalent.
The mains power must be switched off during installation and maintenance to

Ansell does not take responsibility for any installation costs associated with the replacement of the product.

- Please Note – The warranty period shall be null and void in the following circumstances:
Failure by the installer, end user or any third party to exercise caution to protect any covered product or part from outside damage, adverse temperature, humidity conditions, fluctuations in the electrical system or physical abuse as well as failure related to poor workmanship in the installation of the products or parts. Inability to provide correct product information. Any questions or concerns with the product, please contact your local representative.”
