PHOENIX ZDST6CS 180W Toyota Speaker Upgrade Kit

Product Information

The ZDST6CS is a speaker system designed for installation in a Toyota Hilux 2020 (Facelift) with a standard stereo. The system includes 2 tweeters and 2 woofers. Please note that some differences may occur between different car and year models.

Product Usage Instructions

Tools required: PH2 Screwdriver, 5mm Drill, Plastic Pry Tool, Rivet Tool, and 6x Rivets (4.8mm).

ZDST6CS Installation 1

1. Use a plastic pry tool to remove the door.
2. Remove the tweeter panel.
3. Disconnect the tweeter connector.
4. The tweeter connector is now disconnected.

5. Remove the plastic panel using a PH2 screwdriver and a plastic pry tool.
6. Unscrew the screw.
7. Remove the armrest.
8. Remove the window switch panel.

9. Disconnect the connector.
10. Unscrew the two screws.
11. Pull the door towards you.
12. Lift up the door.

13. Disconnect the connector.
14. Remove the door panel.
15. Drill out the OEM speaker using a 5mm drill.
16. Connect the speaker harness.

17. Rivet the speaker in place using a rivet tool and 6x rivets.
18. Connect the speaker connector.
19. Reassemble the door in reverse.
20. Remove the OEM tweeter.

21. Remove the OEM tweeter.
22. Mount the Phoenix Gold tweeter.
23. Connect the tweeter speaker harness.
24. Mount back the tweeter panel.

Installation

Tools required:

1. Door removal

2. Remove tweeter panel

3. Disconnect tweeter connector

4. Tweeter connector disconnected
   Tools required:

5. Remove plastic panel

6. Unscrew the screw

7. Remove armrest

8. Remove the window switch panel
   Tools required:

9. Disconnect the connector

10. Unscrew the two screws

11. Pull the door towards you

12. Lift up the door Tools required:

13. Disconnect the connector

14. Door panel removed

15. Drill out the OEM speaker

16. Connect speaker harness
    Tools required:

17. Rivet the speaker in place

18. Connect the speaker connector

19. Reassemble the door in reverse

20. Remove OEM tweeter

21. OEM tweeter removed

22. Mount the Phoenix Gold tweeter

23. Connect tweeter speaker harness

24. Mount back the tweeter panel
