INTENDED USE
Only operate the appliance for its intended purpose and within the parameters
specified in this manual. This appliance is for domestic use only. Do not use
outdoors or on wet surfaces. This appliance is not intended for use by persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience
and knowledge unless supervised or given appropriate instruction concerning
the product’s use by a person responsible for their safety.
The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or
separate remote-control system.
GENERAL SAFETY
- This blanket is intended to be used as a “THROW” or “OVER BLANKET” and therefore should always be placed on top of an individual, not under them, or on the top of a bedsheet. It is not to be used as an “under blanket”.
- Ensure there is a mains supply is nearby and that when in use, the mains lead will not be in a position that could cause people to trip over it. When plugged into the main supply, the controller must be within easy reach of the user.
- Do not allow it to be used as a toy. Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
- Not suitable for use with children of the age of 3 or below.
- If the appliance is not functioning properly, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or immersed in liquid, do not use it, contact DOMU Brands Customer Services.
- Do not use the appliance if any parts appear to be faulty, missing or damaged.
- Ensure all parts are securely attached as instructed by this instruction manual before use.

- Allow the blanket to dry naturally.
- **** Do NOT use the blanket if it is damp or wet.
- **** Do not try to repair the blanket if faulty – have it looked at by a qualified person.
- Examine the blanket regularly to ensure there are no signs of wear or damage.
- If the blanket or mains lead does become damaged or worn contact qualified persons. Do not attempt to repair the product yourself.
CABLES AND PLUGS Check to ensure your electricity supply matches that shown on the rating plate. This product should only be used as rated. Preferably, the socket-outlet should be protected by a Residual Current Device RCD (UK/EU) Ground Fault Indicator (US). Do not use a damaged cable or plug. If the supply cable is damaged, it must be replaced by a qualified engineer or authorized service agent in order to avoid a hazard. The use of an extension cable is not recommended.
- Do not handle the plug or appliance with wet hands. Keep the cable away from heated surfaces.
- Do not let the cable hang over the edge of the table or countertop where it could be pulled on inadvertently by children or pets.
- Do not pull the cable around sharp edges or corners.
- Do not leave it unattended when plugged in. Unplug from outlet when not in use.
- Turn off all controls before unplugging.
- Do not unplug by pulling on the cable. To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cable
- Always unplug before performing user maintenance, connecting or disconnecting attachments, or changing accessories.
- Ensure the cable is stored safely to prevent hazards.

Do not touch or operate the product with wet hands of feet.

Do not place the product near heaters, or open fires of other appliances/equipment that are sources of heat. Do not use for pets, this causes a risk of the product being
chewed and may result in electrical shock with possible death. -
Do not spray the product with water or any other liquid.

Never use the product near a bathtub, washbasin or any container filled with water

If you are not going to use the product for an amount of time, switch it off and disconnect the power cord from the wall socket.

Never leave the product switched on when unsupervised. Before storage always allow the product to fully cool down.

Do not use the product for indoor heating purposes.

Do not place the product under a mattress.

Do not pierce the product with a needle or any other sharp objects.

Use the blanket as described in this manual.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

- Rated Frequency 50Hz
POWER CONNECTION ASSEMBLY
Move the switch to the ON position, the display will read 00.
Preheat the blanket 30-60 minutes before use, press the ‘High’ button this
will display a H on the control and the timer will display 9.
After 30/60 minutes the display will show L1, the throw is now on low.
Pressing the Temp button will cycle through temperature settings from 1-7 and
L being Low.
Pressing the Time button will cycle through hours 1-9 once the time has
elapsed the throw will power off.
NOTE: if the display shows P check the connection of the throw and power
cable. Unplug and re-insert the connection checking its connected correctly,
if this persists after checking the connections please contact customer
service.
NOTE: if the display shows E the circuit has become damaged. Contact
customer services.
WARNING! If using the blanket while sleeping ensure it is set on low heat.
WARNING! Do not use the blanket against bare skin
CLEANING AND MAINTNANCE
- When not in use and before cleaning the blanket, disconnect it from the mains.
- Disconnect the controller from the blanket.
- Do NOT immerse the controller in water or get them wet.
- Clean the surface of the cord with neutral detergent if the cord is dirty and wipe it dry with a soft cloth.
- Machine washing of the blanket is possible; however, hand wiping it down will prolong the life of the blanket.
- To machine wash, remove the controller and place the blanket in a net bag and seal it.
- Use a small amount of detergent and set the washing machine to a “Delicate Wash” with a maximum temperature of 40°.
- When washed, remove the blanket from the net bag and drape it over a clothesline to dry. Do not use clothes pegs to secure it.

communal use.
