Safety Information
- If the equipment is used in a manner not specified by the manufacturer, the protection provided by the equipment may be impaired.
- Verify this detector operation by measuring a known voltage before using it. If in doubt, have the detector serviced.
- Do not apply more than the rated voltage, as marked on Detector, at the tip.
- Avoid working alone so that assistance can be rendered.
- Do not use the Detector if the detector is not operating properly or if it is wet.
- Individual protective device must be used if hazardous live parts in the installation where the measurement is to be carried out could mbe accessible.
- The detector must be used only in earthed mains supply circuits and in the conditions specified in this manual.

Maintenance
Do not attempt to repair this Clamp Meter.
It contains no user-serviceable parts.
Repair or serving should only be performed by qualified personnel.
Cleaning
Use a damp cloth with household cleaner and wipe the surface by applying light pressure.
Do not use the tester till it is completely dry
Voltage detecting
Warning
The LED indicates the electric field.
If the VoltSense LED is not on, voltage could still be present.
Localize wire break of live line
Pass the tip of detector along the isolated live line from the voltage source to the other end of the line. Detector flashes and beeps until the tip pass over the position of wire break.
Battery replacement
Warning
Verify this detector’s operation by measuring a known voltage. If no response,
replace the batteries first. Please Make sure that the battery cover is
tightened.

The testers are subject to stringent quality controls. If in the course of normal daily use, a fault should occur, we provide 3 years guarantee (only valid with invoice). Faults in manufacture and materials will be rectified by us free of charge, provided the tester has not been tampered with, and is returned to us unopened.
Damage due to dropping, abuse or misuse is not covered.Our service department will promptly repair any faults that occur outside the guaranteeb period.
