(supplemental installation notes)
NOTE: Many newer models have B-pillar handles and even overhead on the
ceiling that can be used for some of the top mounting locations. Check to see
if you prefer to use these factory locations as the nets typically have enough
adjustment to allow for this option. If your vehicle does not have handles in
desired locations or you prefer to install mounting points for better fitment,
please follow the below steps.

Time: About 30-45 minutes
Paw Level:
Tools: (may vary by vehicle)
- Ratchet
- Panel Removal Tool
- 13/64” drill bit
- Touch up paint or clear nail polish
If your B pillar looks like this with the red nylon push in piece:
You may remove the red piece of you have a panel removal tool to make
installation easier to access and slide back on the plastic panel in the
slotted hole.
It is suggested to use a 13/64” drill bit to do final hole finishing on B
Pillar.
It’s three layers of metal so slide the footman mount out of the tether and
place exactly as shown here:
Double check your depth before and during drilling to mount.
Pro tip: tap the holes in the footman so that your drill bit does not wander.
Use a little oil on the drill bit to help it cut through the layers of metal.
Once the
holes will accommodate the screws threads, treat the metal with some paint.
*Clear nail polish will work well in a pinch.
Tie up the loose ends
You can do this by feeding the end of the strap through the opening of the
buckle to create a loop. Feed the strap through the loop, and the strap
behind, continue until no
strap is hanging.
