FLEX SEAL Rubber Adhesive Sealant Caulk Instructions

FLEX SHOT is a revolutionary, super-thick, rubber sealant that can be used to caulk, bond, and seal virtually anything. Use it to fill huge cracks and holes, or stop tough leaks instantly. It comes our nice and thing to cling to almost any surface, then turns into a stretchy rubber seal that’s virtually indestructible. The included extension tube makes even hard-to-reach repairs perfect every time.

WHAT DOES IT DO?

• Caulks, bonds, & seals virtually everything
• Formula expands 0 contracts
• Completely waterproof
• No caulkinggun required
• No running, dripping, or mess
• Dries faster than many other caulks & sealants
• Can be applied on wet surfaces
• Mildew resistant (white & almond)
• Withstands normal hydrostatic water pressure
• Will not fade, dry, crack, yellow, or deteriorate due to contact with household cleaners.
• Can be used again and again
• Forms a tack-free skin in 20 mins
• Cures by absorbing moisture, 0 fully cures within 24 hours
• Will seal approx. 40 Linear feet (depending on size of bead)

HOW DO I USE IT?

• Start with clean, dry surface free of grease, dirt, & oil
• Cut nozzle to desired length
• Hold can at a 45° angle & depress side of nozzle
• Can be smoothed with finger within 20 mins of applying
• How to make a Flex Shot patch:
  1. On wax paper, apply product making a patch
  2. Let it cure for 24 hours
  3. Remove cured patch from wax paper and cover hole sealing perimeter with more Flex Shot
• Clean uncured product with dry cloth, paper towel, or isopropyl alcohol
• Cured product can be peeled away
• After use, squeeze a small bead to plug and seal remaining product

TEMPERATURES

• Storage: 60° F to 100° F
• Apply to surfaces: 0° F to 150° F
• Withstands: -76° F to 350° F

NOT RECOMMENDED:

• Not designed to withstand extreme heat, pressure, or harsh chemicals
• Do not use to seal gas/oil tanks (flammable materials)
• Not tested for safe use with plants & animals
• Do not use on potable water containers
• Not tested for food safety
• Do not use in standing water
• Do not paint over
• Do not remove rubber plug on bottom of can
