Product Information

The device is a repeater that amplifies the wifi signal. It has three indicator lights – power light, network light, and wifi light. The power light indicates if the device is turned on or off. The network light indicates if the network cable is connected or not. The wifi light indicates if the wifi signal is connected or not. If the wifi light is green, it indicates a strong wifi signal, and if it’s red, it indicates a weak wifi signal.

The device also has a WPS/reset button and a WAN/LAN port. The device complies with part 15 of the FCC rules and should be operated with a minimum distance of 20cm between the radiator and the user’s body.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Plug the device into a power outlet and turn on the power indicator.
  2. If you want to connect the device to a network, connect the network cable to the WAN/LAN port.
  3. If you want to connect the device to wifi, press the WPS/reset button and follow the instructions on your wifi device to establish a connection.
  4. Check the wifi light to confirm if the wifi signal is strong (blue) or weak (red).
  5. If the wifi signal is weak, try repositioning the device closer to your wifi source or consult a professional for help.

It’s important to note that any changes or modifications not approved by the party responsible for compliance may void the user’s authority to operate the equipment. If you experience any interference while operating the device, try reorienting or relocating the receiving antenna, increasing the separation between the equipment and receiver, or consulting a professional for help.

Simple Installation Steps

  1. Plug in the power and turn on the power indicator

    Tip: When logging in for the first time, the login interface will pop up automatically.   4. After setting the password for the first time, it will automatically enter the relay scanning page. Warm tips:

  • Combine wifi: Turn on this option, and it will automatically switch to a high-quality band for better performance.
  • Sync your device: Turn on this option, the new WiFi will be the same as your original WiFi and there is no need to reconnect the extended WiFi anymore.

Operating mode

  1. The software has four working modes, including relay mode, bridge mode, AP mode, and Routing mode (PPPoE dial-up, static IP, dynamic IP).
  2. Bridge mode settings: Find and set in the advanced mode.
  3. AP mode settings: Enter the software management page, and click on the AP mode, in order to facilitate the management, this IP address and default gateway entered here should be the IP segment of the superior router, and the IP address cannot be the same as the superior router’s IP conflicts. After setting, the device’s WAN port can access the external network through the setting IP address to access the management device.
  4. Note: Access to external network in AP mode, other mobile devices access the AP’s wirelessly obtained IP addressThe network segment is allocated by the superior device.
  5. According to the default setting, it is not necessary to set the device-specific intranet IP address; In this case, you must manually set the IP address of the local network card connected to the computer.
  6. In AP mode, you can set a 2.4G / 5.8G wireless SSID name and password. Routing mode settings:
Enter the software management page, only display the routing mode, and click Routing mode, which can select “PPPoE”, “Static IP”, or “Dynamic IP” Three ways to get online.

  1. PPPoE dial-up mode: This mode requires the Internet account provided by the network service provider to be filled in the Number and password, below can set the 2.4G/5.8G wireless SSID name and the wireless password.

Q: What’s the role of the WiFi extender?
A: Boosts the range of your existing WiFi and creates a stronger signal in hard-to-reach areas. Please note that it can’t increase the wifi speed of your router, the speed of the extending wifi will be reduced.

Q: Where shall I place the WiFi extender?
A: We would suggest that after setting up successfully, please move this wifi extender halfway between your router and your weak signal area. The location that you choose must be within the range of your existing WiFi router network.

Q: How to reset the WiFi extender?
