Mounting the swing
Before using the product for the first time, use a commercially available, waterproof machine oil to grease the metal suspension rings on the nest swing as well as the customer-supplied mounting hooks, which are subject to constant friction.
- Select a level and clean surface with enough room to assemble the product.
- Lay the seat cover (1) out on the floor.
- For each side, connect one side tube with a locking pin (3) to one without a locking pin (4) (Fig. B).
- Guide the connected side tubes (3/4) and the corner tubes (2) through the loops around the edge of the seat cover (1) (Fig. C).
- Lay the cables with the suspension elements (5) between the ends of the tube (2), (3/4). The protrusion (5a) at the suspension element must show at the thinner end of the side tubes (3/4) (Fig. D).
- Connect the tubes (2), (3/4) together. To do this, press the locking pins (3a/4a) at the thinner end of the side tube down, guide the thin end through the protrusion (5a) and then into the thicker end (2) (Fig. D).
Note : the parts are correctly locked when the locking pin is audibly
engaged.
Important : only mount the swing on fixtures where you can guarantee
sufficient stability with absolute certainty. For mounting, use commercially
available swing hooks with min. 10mm thickness and a safety function to
prevent unintentional release. When mounting on wooden beams, the attachment
must pass all the way through the wood and be secured with a nut from above to
ensure a sufficiently secure connection.
Various mounting hooks
Note: to mount the product, you need two mounting hooks, to which two
cables on each of the long sides are attached.
Only mount the swing on suitable mounts.
These are:
No. 1: closed mounting eyelets that are attached to the swing elements with
carabiner hooks (Fig. E).
No. 2: commercially available swing hooks with a safety function that prevents
unintentional release (Fig. F).
Note! The eye of the mounting eye- lets (A) must be aligned transversely to
the swinging direction so that the swing’s mounting element is not dam- aged
too much during use.
Note: observe the direction of oscillation as shown in Fig. I.
Setting the height of the swing
The height of the seat can be adjusted at the ring at the top of the swing. After you have set the length of the cable, it will tighten again under load (Fig. G). Adjust the length of both cables so the swing is perfectly balanced.
Maintenance (Fig. H)
Regularly check that the product’s rings, hooks and lugs are in perfect condition, and grease the product’s suspension rings as well as the customer- supplied suspension hooks with commercially available, waterproof machine grease. Alternatively, use chain lubricant.

When not in use, always store the product clean and dry at room temperature.
Clean only with water and wipe dry afterwards with a cloth.
IMPORTANT! Never clean the product with harsh cleaning agents.
