Microscope Digital Camera M PLUS SERIES

The Levenhuk eyepiece digital cameras are designed exclusively for microscopes. They can be installed on any type of optical microscopes, be it biological or metallurgical, mono or stereo microscope. The camera has a maximum resolution of 16.0 megapixels and is available in 5 models: M500 PLUS, M800 PLUS, M1000 PLUS, M1200 PLUS, and M1600 PLUS. The cameras have different sensor pixel sizes, exposure times, video frame rates, and dynamic ranges.

The camera’s interface is USB 2.0 with a 480 b/s transfer rate. The camera supports image formats such as .jpg, .bmp, .png, .tif and video formats such as .wmv, .avi. The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes to the product range and specifications without prior notice.

Product Usage Instructions

Never look at the sources of bright light or lasers through the camera or the microscope as it can cause permanent damage to your eyes.

Install the camera on the microscope eyepiece.
Connect the camera’s USB cable to your PC.
Install the software included in the kit.
Turn on the microscope and adjust the focus.
Open the software and preview the image on your PC.
Use the software to edit the resulting image as required.

Note: The observed view may be transferred directly to your PC, and with the software included in the kit you can view and edit the resulting image.

The camera allows you to watch images on the screen in a real-time mode, and to capture photos and videos;
The camera renders realistic colors with high level of detail;
Levenhuk M PLUS Series cameras are compatible with microscopes of 23.2mm eyepiece tube diameter (the camera is installed in place of the eyepiece);
The standard kit includes Levenhuk software necessary to view and edit your images (brightness, image size, etc.);
The camera can be charged and connected to your PC with USB-cable.

Mac OS 10.12, Linux Ubuntu 14.04, Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10/11 (32-bit or 64-bit), CPU IntelCore 2 or above; RAM 2GB, USB port 2.0, CD-ROM.

Care and mainenance

Do not disassemble the camera on your own.
Keep the camera away from moisture; do not use it in rainy weather.
Keep the camera away from shock or excessive pressure.
Do not overtighten the locking screws.
Keep the camera away from hazardous environment, home and car heaters, incandescent lamps or open fire.
When cleaning the lenses, first blow any dust or debris off the surface or wipe them off with a soft brush. Then wipe the lens with a soft cleaning cloth slightly damp with spirits or ether.
Seek medical advice immediately if a small part or a battery is swallowed.
