A: Please remove the battery, then install the battery again and turn the camera on, format SD card.

Q: What is the best shooting distance?

A: Since this camera is a fixed focus lens and cannot be replaced, the best shooting distance is 3.3 feet away. Please note that this camera cannot autofocus.

How to Insert and Remove the Battery

  1. Open the battery cover

  2. Insert the end with electrical contacts until it locks into place

  3. Close the battery cover

  4. Please push the battery lock lever to remove the battery

How to Charge the Camera

  1. Please use the USB cable and charger included in the package to charge the camera.
  2. When the camera indicator light is red, it means the camera is charging.
  3. When the camera light goes out, it means the camera is fully charged.

How to Insert and Remove Micro SD Card

  1. 1. Open the battery cover
  2. As shown by the illustration, face the card’s metal contacts side toward you and insert it until it locks in place.
  3. Close the battery cover.

  1. When the Micro SD card is used for the first time, please format it in the camera.
  2. Please keep press the card until the lock lever locks the card. When the card is locked, you will hear a “click” sound.

How to Format a Memory Card

  1. In the image mode, press the “Menu” button to enter the image mode setting interface
  2. Press the “Left” and “Right” keys to find the “Format” option
  3. Press “OK”button to confirm formatting
