ELKO ZSR-30 Analog Power Supply
Product Information
The ZSR-30 and ZNP-10 are analog power supplies manufactured by ELKO EP, s.r.o. in the Czech Republic. The ZSR-30 is a regulated analog power supply while the ZNP-10 is non-regulated. Both power supplies provide safe voltage with full galvanic isolation from the main for various devices and appliances. They have protection against short circuit and overload by a dissolving fuse. The ZSR-30 has output voltage settings for regulated and non-stabilized DC 24V and non-stabilized AC 24V. The ZNP-10 has output voltage for non-stabilized DC 24V and AC 24V.
Product Usage
Before using the ZSR-30 or ZNP-10, make sure the input voltage is AC 230V (50-60Hz) for both power supplies. Connect the input voltage to the terminals provided on the power supply. The ZSR-30 has supply voltage terminals, output voltage setting UREG, AC output voltage, and DC output voltage (non-stabilized and regulated). The ZNP-10 has supply voltage terminals, AC output voltage, and DC output voltage (non-stabilized).
When using the ZSR-30, set the desired output voltage by adjusting the UREG setting. Please note that loadability of the ZSR-30 power supply differs for different values of the supply voltage, see graph of loadability UREG. The ZNP-10 provides non-stabilized DC 24V and AC 24V without the ability to adjust the output voltage.The power supplies have IP40 front panel and IP20 terminals with protection against short circuit and current overload. The ZSR-30 weighs 402g (14.2oz) while the ZNP-10 weighs 368g (13oz). Both power supplies comply with EN 61204-1, EN 61204-3, and EN 61204-7 standards.

Other information
WARNING : Loadability of the ZSR-30 power supply diff ers for diff erent values of the supply voltage, see graph of loadability UREG . This device is constructed for connection in 1-phase network AC 230 V and must be in-stalled according to norms valid in the state of an application. Installation, connection, setting and servicing must be carried out by qualifi ed electrician staff only, which have perfectly understood the instructions and functions of the device.
This device contains protection against overvoltage peaks and disturbing impulses in the power supply network. For the correct function of the protection of this device, there must be suitable protections of higher degrees (A,B,C) installed in front of them and according to the standards, interference of switching devices must be securely eli-minated (contactors, motors, inductive loads, etc.). Before installation, make sure that the device is de-energized and the main switch is in the “OFF” position. Don‘t install the device to sources of excessive electromagnetic interference. Ensure correct installation by perfect air circulation so that during continuous operation and a higher ambient tem-perature, the device does not exceed the maximum allowed operating temperature. For installation and setting use a screwdriver with a width of approx 2 mm. Keep in mind that this is a fully electronic device and approach accordingly with the installation. Non-pro- blematic function of the device is also dependent on the previous method of transpor-tation, storage, and handling. In case of any signs of damage, deformation, malfunction, or missing parts, don‘t install this device and claim it at the dealer. The product must be treated as electronic waste at the end of its life.
