Product Information

The 15W Ultra Slim Step Shape DIN Rail HDR-15 series is a product designed for use in a variety of applications. It is UL508 and UL62368-1 certified and has been tested and approved by Bauar t gepruft Sicherheit and egel ma ge od o s be wac g. The product has been manufactured in compliance with BS EN/EN61558 and R33100 RoHS standards. It is also TPTC004 AS/NZS60950-1 and IEC62368-1 certified. The product has an ultra-slim design with a width of 17.5mm (1SU). It has a universal input of 85~264VAC (277VAC operational) and has no load power consumption.

Product Usage Instructions

Before using the product, ensure that it is installed correctly in compliance with the DIN rail mounting instructions provided in the user manual. Once the product is installed, follow the instructions below:

  1. Ensure that the input voltage is within the range of 85~264VAC (277VAC operational).
  2. Connect the input wires to the appropriate terminals on the product.
  3. Connect the output wires to the appropriate terminals on the product.
  4. Ensure that all connections are secure.
  5. Turn on the power supply.
  6. The product is now ready for use.

Note : The product has no load power consumption, which means that it will not consume any power when there is no load connected to it. However, it is recommended to disconnect the power supply when not in use to save energy.

Description

HDR-15 is one economical ultra slim 15W DIN rail power supply series, adapt to be installed on TS-35/7.5 or TS-35/15 mounting rails. The body is designed 17.5mm(1 SIJ) in width, which allows space saving inside the cabinets. The entire series adopts the full range AC input from 85VAC to 264VAC(277VAC operational) and conforms to BS EN/EN61000-3-2, the norm the European Union regulates for harmonic current. HDR-15 is designed with plastic housing that it can effectively prevent user from electric hazards. With working efficiency up to 87%, the entire series can operate at the ambient temperature between -300C and 700C under air convection. The complete protection functions and relevant certificates for home automations and industrial control apparatus (IEC62368-1 , UL508, UL62368-1 , BS EN/EN61558-2-16) make HDR-15 a very competitive power supply solution for household and industrial applications.
