Digital refrigerant gauge adopts the most advanced digital circuit and the high precision pressure sensor, used for both high accuracy refrigerant pressure and vacuum pressure,90 refrigerants build-in according to NIST standard refrigerants pressure and temperature relationship database, real- time test of pressure got relative temperature which can help you more convenient for refrigeration system installation or servicing.

WORKING MODES
The system comes with three common working modes: refrigerant pressure mode, vacuum percentage mode, leak detection mode. The interfaces of different working modes are as follows:

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

ON/OFF
Short-press the ” ” key to power on,long-press the ” ” key to power off. -
Backlight
Short-press the ” ” key to switch the backlight on and off. -
Working modes switching
Press ” ” key and ” ” key to switch different working modes. -
Parameter setting mode
In the parameter setting mode, you can set the ultimate vacuum, pressure unit, temperature unit, refrigerant type and auto power off function. The corresponding position on the screen will flash when a certain content is selected. Short-press the ” ” key to enter the setting mode, short-press the ” ” key to switch the setting content, press ” ” / ” ” to set the parameters, select and long-press the ” ” key to save and exit.
Note: When setting the ultimate vacuum, press the ” ” key to reset zero. -
Auto power off settin
By default,the system automatically turns off after 10 minutes of inactivity. Users can set to cancel the auto power off function. -
The setting method is as follows:
In the parameter setting mode, press the ” ” key to switch to “AUTO ON”, and
then press the ” ” / ” ” key to switch to “AUTO OFF” to turn off. As shown below:

High and low pressure gauge selection
Blue arrow“ LOW” for low pressure rotary switch, red arrow“ HIGH ” for high pressure rotary switch. -
digital Single manifold power on/off
90 degree limit rotary switch,arrow pointing to ON /OFF,red and blue button are all close in clockwise and open in anti-clockwise. -
2-Valve digital manifold power on/off
90 degree limit rotary switch, arrow pointing to ON /OFF, blue button close in clockwise and open in anti- clockwise; red button close in clockwise and open in anti-clockwise.
SINGLE DIGITAL MANIFOLD VACUUMIZE OPERATION INSTRUCTION
- Press ” ” to turn on the manifold, and long press” “for 2 seconds to turn on back light.
- After starting the machine, press” ” ” ” to switch to the vacuum mode.
- Connect air-condition systerm ,digital manifold and vacuum pump as shown in figure.
- After open the digital manifold valve, press” “button to zero cleaning.
- Turn on the power switch, vacuolize. Note: according to vacuolize result of 13L cylinder, LCD display” 97%”,”98%”…after 3~5 minutes vacuolized. Higher percent means higher vacuum degree.
- Checking the LCD display pressure results, if pressure results are stable, that means there are no gas leak in refrigeration system and connections. If pressure results rising, that means somewhere is leaking in refrigeration system or connections. It should be maintained.
- After vacuolize work finished, close manifold valve, remove vacuum pump, press ” ” to turn off the gauge.
SINGLE DIGITAL MANIFOLD REFRIGERANT CHARGING OPERATION INSTRUCTION
- Press ” ” to turn on the power switch of digital display meter, and long press” “for 2 seconds to turn on the digital display backlight.
- After starting the machine, press” “” “to switch to the pressure mode.
- Short press ” ” to enter the setting mode, select pressure unit and temperature unit, short press” “to switch the setting content, press” “/” “to set the parameters, long press” “to save and exit.
- Connect cylinder, air- condition system and single digital manifold as shown in figure.
- Press ” ” button to zero cleaning.
- Open the digital manifold valve, cylinder valve, starting refrigeration system in order.
- After refrigerant charging finished, close cylinder valve,digital manifold valve and remove charging hoses.
- Press ” ” button, turn off the gauge.

REFRIGERATION SYSTEM VACUUMIZE OPERATION INSTRUCTION:
- Press” “to turn on the manifold, and long press” “for 2 seconds to turn on back light.
- After starting the machine, press” ” ” ” to switch to the vacuum mode.
- Connect air-condition systerm, digital manifold and vacuum pump as shown in figure.
- After open the digital manifold valve,press ” ” button to zero cleaning.

- Connect cylinder, air- condition system and single digital manifold as shown in figure.
- Press ” ” to turn on the power switch of digital display meter, and long press ” ” for 2 seconds to turn on the digital display back light.
- After starting the machine, press” ” ” “to switch to the pressure mode.
- Short press” “to enter the setting mode, select pressure unit and temperature unit, short press” “to switch the setting content, press” ” / ” “to set the parameters, long press ” ” to save and exit.
- Press ” ****” button to zero cleaning.
- Open the digital manifold valve on the left (blue button),cylinder valve, starting refrigeration system in order.
- After refrigerant charging finished, close cylinder valve, digital manifold valve and remove charging hoses.
- Open the digital manifold valve on the right(red button),test refrigeration system pressure.
- After the refrigeration system runs normally, close the digital manifold valve, press ” ” button, turn off the gauge.

MAINTENANCE AND MAINTENANCE
- Please operate according to the requirements of operating instructions or the guidance of professional personnel.
- The digital gauge should be keept clean, the display screen should be bright and clear, so that the data on the display screen clearly.Use slightly alkaline detergent or soapy water to wash the case and connector.
- The pressure gauge is perishable goods,need to checking regularly to ensure its accuracy.
- Handled gently , to prevent shock and fall.
- After use, please close all the button, to improve the service life .
- Plug the joint when not use,to prevent foreign body from entering, clean and replace regularly refrigerant tube, remove dirt and impurities in valve.
