Installation Steps
- Positioning holes according to the size of the wall-mounted backplane, then punching holes of 4-φ6*35mm and inserting expansion tubes.
- Lock the 4-M4*32 self-tapping screws into the expansion tube, and fix the wall-mounted backboard on the wall.
- Open the upper cover of the charging pile, hang the pile on the wall-mounted backboard, and lock the screws from the bottom of the pile.
- Pass the power cable of 3*6mm through the corresponding waterproof head and connect it to the corresponding input terminal.
- Lock the screws of the upper cover panel.
Inspection & Debugging
Pre-operation inspection
- The installation location of the AC pile should be convenient to operate and maintain.
- Make sure the power cable of the AC pile is properly connected and securely installed.
- Make sure that the selection of a leakage protection switch at the AC inlet is appropriate.
Power on the equipment
- Close the leakage protection circuit breaker of the power supply line.
- After the AC pile is powered on, there will be a power-on self-check for about a few seconds, and the indicator light alternately displays red, yellow and green for 1S.
- Normal standby: the green light is always on.
- Equipment failure: the red light stays on.
The Operation of Charging
- Insert the EV charger (connect the charging plug).
- Start charging (Method 1: Plug the charger and start charging; Method 2: Use the designated charging card to swipe. The green light flashes indicating normal charging.) Swipe the card again to end charging.
- Method 1: Pull out the charger to end the charging; Method 2: Swipe the card again to end the charging.
- Put the EV charger back to its place.
Precautions
- For the first installation, attention should be paid to the power cable according to IN-L (fire), IN-N (zero), and PE (ground) one by one, and the firewire and zero wire cannot be reversed.
- PE (ground wire) needs to be grounded reliably.
- Make sure the emergency stop switch is activated after power on.
- Before charging, make sure that the tip of the EV charger is free from stains and water.
- It is prohibited to place the charging pile inside the car when charging.

Step 1: Make a cement base according to the drawings, and install expansion screws (M8*80).

Step 2: Fix the column on the cement foundation (Note: first pass the cable through the column, then fix it).

Step 3: Trim the cable, it is most appropriate for the cable to be 30cm higher than the column.

Step 4: Pass the cable and other wires through the waterproof head at the bottom of the charging pile, fix the column and the pile with M5*10 hexagon socket screws, and connect the cable to the terminal.

Warranty Service
There is a 2-year warranty for the MRCARTOOL product main unit and a 1-year warranty for the accessories since the day the customers received the product parcel.
Warranty Access
- Repair or replace the equipment will be done according to the specific fault conditions.
- We guarantee that all replacement parts, accessories or equipment are brand new.
- When there is a product breakdown that can not be solved within 90 days, the customer should provide a video and pictures as proof, we will bear the freight cost and provide the customer with the accessories in need to be replaced. After receiving the product for more than 90 days, the customer shall bear the freight cost, we will provide the accessory for free to replace.
Not Covered Warranty
- Items that come through the unofficial MRCARTOOL purchase channel.
- Product failure is caused by incorrect use of the product, use for other wrong purposes or human factors.
