Product Overview
A. SO-DIMM Slots: Installing Memory Module

Carefully insert the SO-DIMM memory modules into the slot at a 30-degree angle.

Push down until the modules snap into place.

Remove the membrane from heatsink.
Then paste the heatsink onto the module.
Note:
- The iEP-5000G/5010G Series requires DDR4 SO-DIMM (1.2V).
- For dual channel conjuration, you always need to install identical (the same brand, speed, size and chip-type) DDR4 SO-DIMM pairs.
B. WiFi Module: Installing the Wi-Fi Module (2230) to the M.2 E Key Slot (Optional)
C. 4G LTE / 5G Module: Installing the 4G LTE/5G Module (3042/3052) to the
M.2 B Key Slot (Optional)
Installing the 5G Module Heatsink (Optional, iEP-5000G-000/010/003, iEP- 5010G-010/013)
- Remove the membranes on the both sides of the 5G heatsink.
- Attach the 5G Heatsink to the internal side of the front cover and secure it with screws.
D. M.2 SSD: Installing the M.2 SSD Device (2280) to the M.2 M Key Slot
1. Gently insert the M.2 module, along the guiding tabs, into the heatsink
bracket.| 2. Remove the membrane from heatsink.
Align the heatsink to the edge of the bracket and press down the heatsink into
the bracket.
3. Carefully insert the M.2 Module with heatstink into the slot.| 4. Tighten
the screw to secure the M.2 module and the heatsink to the motherboard.
E. 2.5-inch Hard Drive: Installing 2.5” Storage Device (Optional, iEP- 5000G-000/010, iEP-5010G-010)

Remove the screws and then remove the front cover.

Attach the 2.5″ SSD to the HDD bracket and secure it with four screws. Then connect the SATA cable to the SSD.

Attach the SSD assembly to the front cover and secure it with four screws. Then connect the SATA connector and Power Cable to the motherboard.

Then reinstall the front cover.
Note:
The SSD Bracket is not provided.
Please purchase it separately if needed.
Installing a Nano SIM Dard and Micro SD Card
1. Release the screws on the iEP-5000G/5010G Series and remove the SIM/Micro SD Card slot cover.| 2. With the gold contacts facing front, carefully insert the SIM Card or the SD Card into the designated slot until it clicks.| 3. Place the cover back and secure it to the iEP-5000G/5010G Series with screws.
Installing Wall Mounting Brackets (Optional)
1. Attach the wall mounting brackets to the iEP-5000G/5010G Series and secure it with screws.| 2. Then you can attach the iEP-5000G/5010G Series to the wall with screws.

Installing DIN Rail (Optional)
Attach the Din Rail Bracket to the iEP-5000G/5010G Series and secure it with screws. Then you can place the iEP-5000G/5010G Series to the Din Rail.
Positions of the iEP-5000G/5010G Series
The iEP-5000G/5010G Series should be placed in vertical position only.

Warranty Term
- Warranty of host of iEP-5000G/5010G Series super m icrocomputer (casing excluded): 2 year
- Warranty of transformer (including the plug), remote control and wireless module: 2 year
- Our warranty does not cover the casing of the product, the metal frame and fastenings and screws, or packaging accessories.
- Data stored in the product may be lost as a result of the repair work or re-formatting of the hard drive disk. We does not provide data recovery services or data storage. Please back up your data regularly to protect the data and avoid loss. For details of our warranty terms, please refer to the individual warranty statement applicable to the district where your product was bought.

Failure to use the included Power Adapter may violate regulatory compliance
and may expose the user to safety hazards.
