• Maintenance-free heating means greater comfort and less environmental impact. After installation this heating system does not require any intervention throughout the entire life of its users.
• Uniform and “invisible” space heating means no cold zones conducive to dampness, which minimises the risk of harmful mould growth. The heating system covers approximately 80% of the surface, while remaining invisible to the eye.
• Tailored power means that the heating films used in the system are adapted to the volume and degree of thermal insulation of the rooms.
• The unique design of the Heat Decor films is the result of many years of experience in the production of heating films and their installation.

• Application: under laminate panels, mirrors, wall and ceiling systems.
• Less than 0.7 cm – that’s all the space the heating system takes up under the panels.
• Fast-acting – warmth under feet felt within minutes of switching the heating system on.
• Application: under screed
• Versatility – the HD-EPL reinforced heating film for works in the under screed installation with any floor finish designed for underfloor heating.
• Accumulation system – installation under the anhydrite screed or cement screed creates a system that both transfers and stores stores the heat and transfers it to the surface
• Application: under SPC vinyl panels, min. 4 mm without integrated underlay and under multi-layer boards, a precise cut every 1 cm.
• Ultimate durability – the HD-PRO heating film, in combination with high compressive strength underlays, such as HD-XPS300, creates the most stable system under floating floors.
• More heat – every square metre of the HD-PRO heating film emits maximum heat, as the heating matrix evenly covers the entire surface between the electrical connections.

• size of the heating film suitable for the planned location;
• heating film power suitable for the building’s thermal insulation level;
• thermostat model – manual, programmable or with Wi-Fi / ZigBee (supported by the Smart Life and Tuya Smart applications).

The kit contains all the necessary accessories in sufficient quantity and with instructions. Vapour barrier film, heat-insulating underlay insulation pad and tools are not included. The connection to the mains must be made by an electrician with the relevant licence.

With the ready-to-install heating mat kit you can easily and independently prepare electric underfloor heating under tiles. To purchase the right kit, please choose the following:

• heating mat surface suitable to the planned location;
• thermostat model – manual, programmable or with Wi-Fi / ZigBee (supported by the Smart Life and Tuya Smart applications).

The kit contains all the necessary accessories in sufficient quantity and an instruction manual. Tools are not included. Connection to the mains must be made by an electrician with the relevant licence.

HD infrared heaters

Proven solution
The first generation of HD infrared heaters is characterised by a robust construction, tungsten heating matrix and savings in use compared to traditional electric heaters of up to 30% in energy consumption. The said heaters have become very popular in Poland and around the world thanks to their quality and simplicity of installation, proving their worth as both the main space heater and an additional one.

Design and warranty
The heater casing is made of durable and aesthetically-pleasing materials: white powder-coated metal heated at 200°C, ceramic in many fashionable colours or black and white glass. The heaters take up little space, as they are less than 2 cm thick. They can be mounted vertically and horizontally. They enhance the attractiveness of the interior. High-quality components ensure that the heaters have a long service life and a 5-year warranty.

HD-NEO infrared heaters

Better efficiency
The second-generation HD-NEO infrared heaters include a new feature when compared to their predecessor, i.e. a more advanced carbon heating matrix, which allows a further reduction in energy consumption of more than 30% compared to traditional electric heaters. The heaters will be available for sale at the end of 2022 and the beginning of 2023. In addition to the heating matrix, there will also be versions with a new type of surface made possible by the new matrix: synthetic plastic with a metal frame.

New interior design possibilities
The minimalist design will perfectly complement modern homes, offices and service spaces. Within a short period, the room will gain an additional or main heat source.
The heaters installed individually on a wall can cover an electrical outlet and are equipped with a built-in thermostat. When installed on walls and in skews or in larger numbers, the heaters are controlled by an external thermostat.

General information about thermostats

• Cost-effective – by programming the thermostat, you can set the sufficient temperatures for individual rooms and times, leading to significant savings in electricity consumption. Tracking actual energy consumption in a mobile app (Smart Life or Tuya Smart) allows further optimisation of the settings.

• Preparing the thermostat for operation necessarily involves selection of the sensors, calibration of the read-out temperature with the help of an independent thermometer and limiting
  the temperature of the heating surface. Then, integrate the thermostat into the application and program it via the app or by using the functions available directly on the thermostat.

• Colours – most thermostats are available in both white and black, making it easy to match them to the room layout.

• Two external sensors – the version of the thermostat with two external sensors makes it possible to install it in any desired location outside the controlled room. This is particularly useful for bathrooms and enables the design of modern rooms, where the heat source is completely ‚invisible’, while the heat is controlled exclusively via an app.

Industrial ceiling heaters and fan heaters

Large-scale use
The HD-EXPO infrared ceiling heaters and HD-SPEED fan heaters are mainly used in industrial or warehouse premises, providing optimum conditions for working, storing or for example, drying painted objects. The heaters maintain a constant pre-set temperature and, when controlled by a thermostat, they also regulate the temperature in pre-programmed cycles. The heaters allow the room temperature to be raised quickly or support the drying of rooms without other heat sources.

Thermal insulation for heating

Extruded polystyrene
The HD-XPS300 extruded polystyrene, with its unique hardness of up to 300 kPa, provides constant, stable conditions for the operation of the HeatDecor heating system under more demanding types of flooring and proper thermal insulation from the substrate. This is crucial for the energy efficiency of the entire system and its service life.

Polyethylene foam insulation mat
The HD.IS.100/5 insulating mat is recommended as an underlay for the Heat Decor heating system under laminate panels. It does not wrinkle after laying andis easy to use. The high-quality cellular polyethylene foam laminated on one side, provides proper insulation from the substrate and stable conditions for the use of the system.

Electric wiring

Double-insulated electrical wiring
Specifically designed to supply the Heat Decor heating systems. The wiring provides professional installation and highest system durability.

• The double PVC insulation protects the cable, yet is also easily removable time.
• Conductor cross-section 1.5 sqmm and 2.5 sqmm.
• Multi-wire copper conductor construction.

Heating film glue and steel mesh

The Heat Decor HD-G01 glue is characterised by high temperature resistance and an exceptionally strong bond. It perfectly adheres: Heat Decor heating film, mirrors, insulation mats, vapour barrier films, boards (chipboard, MDF, HDF, melamine faced), upholstery materials, carpets, rubber, cork, most metals and plastics (PVC, ABS, HIPS), etc.

Stainless steel mesh
The HD.S.1 stainless steel mesh is a very high-quality steel material made using the weaving method. The mesh has a width of 100 cm, thickness of 0.12 mm and mesh opening size of 1.2 x 1.2 mm.

Application: Heat Decor heating system under flooring screed, as well as protection against insects and rodents, protection of wooden structures and balconies, filtration and screening, gardening, stucco, other.
