Installation Instructions
DAX4 DAX 4K-8K-Ready TV Antenna Distribution Amplifier
Before beginning assembly, make sure all parts needed are present.
READ BEFORE INSTALLATION:
Before permanently attaching the distribution amplifierto any surface, make
sure you install the device in a central ocation to serviceall your TVs.
This Package Contains:
- 4-Output HDTV Antenna Distribution Amplifier
- 40in. Coaxal Cable
- Power Supply (forindoor use only)
- 2Wall Screws
- 16Grounding Screw (shown below)
INSTALLATION TIPS:
The DAX4 meets water-proof standard 1P64 and s fully protected against
dustingress as well as water splashes from any direction.
Before permanently installing the distribution amplifier,find a location to
serve as a central distribution point for the amplifier. Installthe
distribution amplifier on a solid surface using the wall screws.
Makeall the coaxial cable connections to the 4-output distribution amplifier
before plugging the device into awall outlet.
Once the power supply s plugged in, the amplifier s on. There is no onjoff
power switch. The LED light should be illuminated.
WARNING: RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK. Do not open the zinc housing. Do not
expose the distribution amplifier directly to water/rain.

Amplifier Regulatory Notice: This device complies with part 15 of the FCC

- Increase the separation between the equipment and converter box.
- Connect the equipment into an utlet on a different circuit from which the converter box is connected.
- Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
Limited 90 Day Warranty
Antennas Direct™ Inc. warrants this product against any defects in materials
or workmanship for ninety (90) days. No warranty claim will be honored unless,
at the time the claim is made, you present proof of purchase from an
authorized Antennas Direct™ Inc. Dealer.
Antennas Direct™ Inc. will either repair or replace the defective product at
no charge to you. This warranty covers parts but does not cover any costs
incurred in the removal or reinstallation of the product. This limited
warranty does not apply if the product is damaged or fails due to: misuse,
improper installation, abuse, and modification of the product as originally
manufactured by Antennas Direct.
Antennas Direct™ Inc. will not assume any liabilities for any other
warranties, expressed or implied by any other person. The foregoing shall be
the sole and exclusive remedy
of any person, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, and Antennas Direct®
Inc. shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damage o commercial
loss, or for any other loss or damage, as set forth above.
