SENSIRION SFM3000 Series Digital Mass Flow Meters

Product Usage Instructions
Follow the steps below to use the EK-F3x digital mass flow meter:
- Download the software from the Sensirion website at www.sensirion.com/USB-viewer
- Connect the sensor to the USB adapter using the adapter cable
- Insert the USB adapter into your PC and start the program (Sensirion AG; USB RS485 Sensor Viewer)

Install the software
Install the software after download from:
www.sensirion.com/USB-viewer.
Connect sensor
via adapter cable with the USB-adapter
Connect USB-adapter to PC
start program (Sensirion AG; USB RS485 Sensor Viewer)
Select Sensirion Flow Meters, SF05 Chip
Select «Sensirion Flow Meters (SF05 Chip)» and press «OK»
Press Run to start the program
