Product Information

The Katana V2X is a tri-amplified multi-channel super X-Fi gaming soundbar with a compact subwoofer. It comes with various connectivity options such as HDMI ARC, USB, Bluetooth, Optical, and AUX. The soundbar also features an LED display, RGB lighting, and customizable sound modes that can be controlled through the Creative app. It has a power output of up to 160 watts and supports Dolby encoded and PCM audio formats.

Product Usage Instructions

• To turn on the soundbar, press the power button once. Press it again to turn it off. Use the mute button to mute and unmute the soundbar. Press the info button once to display audio format, volume, sound mode, and source information.
• Use the mode button to cycle through sound modes on Sound Blaster Katana V2X. You can customize these sound modes through the Creative app. Press the display button to cycle through LED display brightness (Bright / Dark / Off).
• Use the play/pause button to play or pause audio playback. Use the previous and next track buttons to return to the previous track or skip to the next track. Use the volume + button to increase the volume. Press and hold it to continuously increase the volume.
• Press the RGB lighting button to cycle through RGB lighting presets on Sound Blaster Katana V2X. Use the LED brightness buttons to decrease or increase LED brightness. Use the sub – / sub + buttons to decrease or increase the subwoofer’s volume.
• Press the speaker button once to switch to speaker output. Press the headphones button once to switch to headphones or headset output. Use the Super X-Fi button to cycle through Super X-Fi modes (Super X-Fi On / SXFI BATTLE Mode / Super X-Fi Off).
• Press the TV source button once to switch to the TV input. Pressthe USB source button once to switch to USB input. Press the AUX source button once to switch to
• AUX input. Press the optical source button once to switch to Optical input. Press the Bluetooth button once to switch to Bluetooth input. Press and hold it to enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
• Use the previous source button to switch to the last used input source. You can also customize buttons C1-C6 through the Creative app.
• Connect your PS5, Xbox Series X/S, TV, or Super X-Fi headphones to the soundbar using an HDMI cable. Make sure the TV audio output is set to ARC and the digital audio format is set to Dolby encoded or PCM.

1. Power Button
   Press once to turn on the soundbar.
   Press once again to turn it off.

2. Mute Button
   Press once to mute the soundbar.
   Press once again to unmute.

3. Info Button
   Press once to display Audio Format (Dolby encoded / PCM), Volume,
   Sound Mode, and Source information.

4. Mode Button
   Press to cycle through sound modes on Sound Blaster Katana V2X
   (customizable via the Creative app).

5. Display Button
   Press to cycle through LED display brightness. (Bright / Dark / Off)

6. Play / Pause Button
   Press once to play / pause audio playback.

7. Previous Track Button
   Press once to return to previous track.

8. Next Track Button
   Press once to skip to next track.

9. Volume + Button
   Press once to increase volume.
   Press and hold to continuously increase the volume.

10. Volume – Button
    Press once to decrease volume.
    Press and hold to continuously decrease the volume.

11. RGB Lighting Button
    Press to cycle through RGB Lighting presets on Sound Blaster Katana V2X

CONNECTIVITY

WALL MOUNTING

SOUND BLASTER KATANA V2X (OPTIONAL)

WARNING
To prevent injury, this apparatus must be securely attached to the wall in accordance with the installation instructions

• Determine the mounting position of the soundbar. Ensure that it is properly centered relative to the TV and leveled horizontally.

• Note and mark out your desired location for the wall mount bracket. Ensure that they do not intersect with buried pipes, conduits, or cabling within the wall.

• Ensure to mount the plastic anchors into the wall before screwing in the Double-headed Bear Claw Hangers. Tap the the plastic anchors into the wall using a
  hammer until it is flushed against it.

• Place the soundbar on the wall mount bracket, then tighten the screws as illustrated to secure it.

• With the soundbar in position, screw the Double-headed Bear Claw Hangers through the wall mount bracket’s keyholes and into the plastic anchors. The
  flange of the hangers should be flushed against the plastic anchors.
