Ceiling Luminaire with HF Sensor
Note
- the diffuser must not be covered.
- the rating label must not be removed from the lamp.
DESCRIPTION
The fitting is equipped with LeD module. Complete with driver.
MOUNTING
Ceiling mounting.
Note: the terminal block is located under the diffuser. press on the side
of the diffuser to loosen it from the luminaire. Connect the luminaire to the
mains.
PROUCT DESCRIPTION(Fig. A)
- Load
- power supply
- Daylight sensor
- Daylight threshold
- Hold time
- Detection area
The sensor is an active motion detector; it emits a high-frequency
electromagnetic wave, 5.8gHz, and receives its echo. the sensor detects the
change in echo from even the slightest movement in its detection zone.
A microprocessor then triggers the switch light oN command. Detection is
possible through doors, panes of glass or thin walls.
Persons or objects moving towards the sensor are detected best.
INSTALLATION AND WIRNING (Fig. B)
Ensure that the electricity supply is switched off completely before
installing or servicing this product.
The sensor works with a main voltage of 220-240V (+/-10%) 50/60Hz.
- Driver
- L’ (output, 230V AC)
- N (neutral / 230V AC)
- L (phase / 230V AC)
SETTING INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE SENSORE
Detection range:
This determines the effective range of the motion detector and is set by Dip
switches at the sensor itself, refer to figure. Note that reducing the
sensitivity will also narrow the detection range.
The following settings are available:
i – maximum range 100%
ii – range 75%
iii – range 50%
iV – range 10%
Hold Time:
this determines the time the fitting remains at 100% level on motion detection
and is set with Dip switches at the sensor itself, refer to figure.
the walk test setting is useful when installing the fitting to establish
correct operation and range.
the following settings are available:
i – Walk test mode 5 s
ii – 90 s
iii – 5 minutes
iV – 15 minutes
Daylight Threshold:
this setting holds off the 100% light output should there be sufficient
daylight and is set using Dip switches at the sensor, refer to figure.
the following settings are available:
i – *daylight, light sensor disabled
ii – 50 lux
iii – 10 lux
iV – 2 lux
- in daylight setting the lamp(s) will always be on with motion detected and operate at 100% light output, even in bright daylight.
