Product Usage Instructions
- Turn over the light head to access the handle.
- Adjust the height and width of the handle to your preference.
- To turn on/off the flashlight, press the ON/OFF button.
- Note: Please remove the insulator on the battery pack when you use the light for the first time.
Usage and Maintenance
- Clean the surface of the flashlight with fresh water and wipe it dry after use in case of seawater corrosiveness.
- Do not drop or place the flashlight on the sand in case the iron sand sticks or go into the switch section or screw thread.
- Tighten all the connections of the flashlight before going underwater.
- After each diving, please take out the batteries.
- Please don’t disassemble the sealed head, doing so may cause damage to the flashlight and will void the warranty.
- We recommend the use of high-quality batteries. If the flashlight will not be used for a long time, remove the batteries to avoid damage from electrolyte leakage or battery explosion.
- Replace the O-rings if they are damaged after prolonged use and regularly lubricate the O-rings so as to not erode the rubber. Doing so will keep the flashlight properly sealed against water.
- Clean the contacts of your flashlight from time to time, especially when the light flickers or doesn’t light up.
- If the flashlight does not work, try replacing the batteries or cleaning the contact points with an alcohol-soaked cotton swab. If these methods do not work, refer to the warranty policy and contact the distributors.
Product Warranty
We will replace products afflicted with manufacturing defects within 30 days of purchase and repair a light free of charge within 12 months of purchase if problems develop under normal use; if repair is required after 12 months from the date of purchase, we will charge for parts. The total repair fee is dictated by the cost of the replaced materials.
Product Battery Replacement
- Insert the batteries in the correct direction as marked on the flashlight.
- Do not reverse the battery to avoid damage to the flashlight and battery.
- Do not use a battery with a higher voltage than the flashlight’s working voltage.
- Do not use a battery with a damaged surface or deformation to avoid short circuits, explosions, leakage, etc.
Warning: The flashlight is a high-intensity lighting device and capable of causing eye damage, please avoid shining the light directly into the eyes.
INTRODUCTION
ORCATORCH D620 V2.0 is a primary canister dive light specially designed for underwater adventure such as scuba diving and cave diving. The newly updated switch can be locked, which not only offers easy and reliable operation but also avoid turning on the light accidently. The included easy-pack adjustable rotary goodman handle is easy to be assembled by hand. The light uses 4 pcs 18650 batteries, and has a max output of 2700 lumens, which makes it a very useful tool to meet your underwater needs.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

Note: Please remove the insulator on the battery pack when you use the light for the first time. -
Modes selection: Press side button to change among high, middle, low,off.

Battery indicator: When the light is turned on, the battery indicator will be on to show the battery level.
- Green: over 30%
Red: 10% – 30%
Flashing red: less than 10%
- Green: over 30%

Safe lock function: Hold on the side switch for 5 seconds when the torch is off,it will turn into state of safe lock. The side switch will be useless unless unlocking it by a double press. (The light will flciker twice when you lock or unlock the switch, the battery indicator will be green when pressing the side button in lock mode.)

Intelligent over-heat protection: This torch is specially for underwater use. When used on land for too long, it might get too hot. But this torch would drop down its output automatically once its temperature reaches 65° to avoid damage to the light due to overheating.

The total runtime will be extended significantly if the light is used discontinuously.
BATTERY REPLACEMENT
- Please insert the batteries with the right direction as marked on the light.

- Reason A: The batteries need to be replaced.
- Solution: Replace batteries (Please confirm correct installation of + and – terminals). Reason B: The threads, PCB board contact or other contacts are dirty.
- Solution: Clean the contact points with an alcohol soaked cotton swab. If the methods above don’t work, please contact the distributors and refer to the warranty policy.
