Start Guide
Modifying the IP Address
To view and configure the camera via LAN (Local Area Network), the IP camera
needs to be connected to the same subnet with your PC.
Use the SADP software or client software to search and change the IP address
of the device.

Run the SADP software.
SADP Tool Download address: www.cctvsupply.info/sadp -
Select a device.

Change the device’s IP address to the same subnet as your computer by either modifying the IP address manually.

Input password: 123456, and click ‘Modify to activate your IP camera’s IP address.
Accessing via Web Browser
- Open the Web browser under IE model on Edge browser, or IE tab on Chrome.
- In the browser address bar, input the IP address of the IP camera after modifying the IP address to the same subnet with your PC, and press the Enter key to enter the login interface.
- Input the User Name (admin) and password created when activating the IP camera.
- Click ‘Login’.
- Install the requested plug-in before viewing the live video and managing the camera. Follow the installation prompts to install the plug -in.
- Re-open the Web browser after the plug-in installation, and repeat steps 2 to 4 to login.

Frequently Asked Questions During In- stallation
Question 1: How to find the IP address of the camera?
This camera comes with default IP address: 192.168.0.123, but once the camera is connect- ed to a new network, the router will assign a new IP address to the camera. Please download SADP Tool to find the IP camera’s address in the network. SADP Tool Download link: www.cctvsupply.info/sadp
Question 2: What is the default username and password of the camera?
Default username: admin Default password: 123456
Question 3: I cannot view the live view using mybrowser.
It may be caused by the browser plug in issue or an IP address conflict issue. Please try using IE model on Edge browser, or IE tab on Chrome, and try changing the IP address using SADP Tool.
Question 4: Why plug this camera into Hikvision NVR but no image?
If you plug this camera into Hikvision NVR port 1, please click NVR menu, select “Configuration” => “Camera” => Click icon in Channel 1 (D1) Adding Method change “Plug and Play” to “Manual” Protocol change “Hikvision” to “ONVIF” Enter password: 123456 and click “OK”
Question 5: What other brand NVR is this camera compatible with?
This camera is compatible with Onvif protocol. It may not be “Plug and Play” compatible with Onvif NVRs and need programing. Please try adding the this camera using Onvif protocol and port number is 80. Brands that are compatible through Onvif protocol: Hikvision, LTS, Dahua, Uniview, Annke, Amcrest, Blue Iris, Synology
Question 6: This camera does not work on my Blue Iris.
This camera can be added to blue iris using Onvif Protocol, please use the following ports: RTSP Port: 554 Onvif Port: 80
Question 7: The image quality in the daytime is good, but at night part of the image is too dark and the other part is too bright. Why?
If the camera angle is too close to a wall or other object, then there might be too much IR reflection from the wall and cause over expose. Please try to adjust the aiming angle.
Question 8: Where can I get the IP camera updated firmware?
