PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
ORCATORCH D630 V2.0 is a perfect canister dive light for cave diving, wreck diving or similar technical diving activities. The light delivers up to 4,000 lumens, and its angle adjustable cable allows both 90°and 180° rotation between canister and light head. This makes the OrcaTorch D630 perfectly suited for both sidemount and backmount diving. Its large-capacity battery pack provides up to 5 hours excellent diving experience at the brightest mode. The battery pack can also be taken out and used as a power bank.

Notice:Stated data has been maasured according to the international
flashlight test standards ANSIWNEMA FL1 using one OrcaTorch battery pack
(7.4V,89Wh) under laboratory conditions. The parameters are approximate and
may vary between
flashlights, batteries, and environments.
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

Note: Please remove the Insulator on the battery pack when you use the light for the first time. -
Modes selection: Press side button to change among high, middle, low,off.

Battery indicator: When the light is turned on, the battery indicator will be on to show the battery level.
Green: over 30%
Red: 10% – 30%
Flashing red: less than 10% -
Safe lock function: Hold on the side switch for 5 seconds when the torch is off, it will turn into state of safe lock. The side switch will be useless unless unlocking it by a double press. (The light will ficiker twice when you lock or unlock the switch, the battery Indicator will be green when pressing the side button in lock mode.)

Intelligent over-heat protection: This torch is specially for underwater use. When used on land for too long, it might get too hot. Sut this torch would drop down its output automatically once its temperature reaches 65° to avoid damage to the light due to overheat.

The torch runtime will be extended significantly if the light is used discontinuously.
BATTERY USAGE:
- Charging: Open the canister cap. Connect the DC charging port on the battery pack with the charger to start charging. The battery pack is fully charged when all 4 LED indicators light up.
- Discharge: Connect a USB cabte to the battery pack’s USB port and charge other davices(output SV/2A)
- Removing the battery pack: Unscrew the battery pack from the canister to remove it. Ensure the battery is sealed securely when it is re-inserted.
USAGE AND MAINTENANCE

Please clean the surface of the light with fresh water and wipe it dry after use to avoid seawater corrosion.

Tha switch may be harder to press If there are traces of salt around the switch.
Please rinse the switch with hot water (around 40-50°C) to dissolve the salt. -
Do not drop or place the light on sand to prevent sand sticking or entering the switch section or screw threads,

Tighten all the connections of the torch before taking the torch underwater.

Please don’t disassemble the sealed front cap/torch head, doing so may cause damage to the torch and will void the warranty.

Wa recommend using Orca Torch battery pack. If the flashlight will not be used for a long time, take out the battery pack to avoid damage from electrolyte teakage or battery explosion.

Please replace the O-rings if they are damaged after prolonged use and regularly lubricate the o-rings with silicon grease to avoid erosion of the rubber. Doing so will keep the flashlight properly sealed against water.

Please clean the contacts of your light from time to time.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
We will replace products afflicted with manufacturing defects within 30 days
of purchase and repair a light free of charge within 12 months of purchase if
problems develop under normal use; if repair is required after 12 months from
the date of purchase, we will charge for parts. The total repair fee is
dictated by the cost of the replaced materials.
