HOW TO PAIR

Please make sure that the device is fully charged before using it.
Step 1: Keep the distance between the earphone and mobile phone (or other devices that needs to be connected) within 1 meter. The closer, the better.
Step 2: Press and hold the Multifunction button for 2 sec. A voice prompt will confirm that the neckband is ON and has entered the pairing mode. The lights on neckband will flash in blue to indicate that the device has entered the pairing mode.

Step 3: Initiate Bluetooth function of mobile phone (or) other device, that needs to be connected. Then earphone-paring name “Phantom 210” will appear on your phone. Step 4: Select “Phantom 210” and the earphone will automatically connect with your mobile phone.
Step 5: Switch on the Bluetooth search function in your mobile phone or other devices need to be connected. Then the earphone will automatically reconnect with the device which was recently connected.
Attention: Generally, there are 180 seconds at maximum to pair earphone with your mobile phone, or the Bluetooth Pairing mode will stop when the lights go out. Please retry steps 1 to 4 to pair again if your operation doesn’t work.

BUTTON CONTROL USAGE

Power ON: Poss and hold the Molfuncion buton for 2 sec A voice promp wil confien 1t the nockband is ON ard hos enteed the poiring mode.
Power OFF: Press and hold the multifunction button for 4 sec to turn the neckband OFF, A voice prompt will confirm the same.
Play/Pause: Single press the multifunction button to play/pause the music.
Volume Up/Down: Press the “+” button to turn volume up. Press the “-” button to turn volume down.
Music Skip: Press and hold “+” button for 2 sec to skip to next track. Press and hold “-” button for 2 sec to skip to previous track.

DUAL PAIRING

To connect “Phantom 210” to two devices simultaneously please go through the below steps.
Step 1: Connect the earphone to one of the two devices.
Then switch both the earphone and the device Bluetooth off.
Step 2: Now connect the earphone to the second device, and again switch the first device Bluetooth on. The earphone will get connected to both devices. If not then, connect the first device manually once again to activate dual pairing.
VOICE ASSISTANT
Press and hold multifunction button for 2 sec to activate voice assistant.

CALL CONTROLS

Answer Incoming Call: When there is an incoming coll, the earphone will issue a voice prompt, press the Multifunction button once to answer the call, or use your mobile phone to answer it.
Reject Incoming Call: When there is an incoming call, the earphone will issue a voice message, long press the Multifunction button for 2 sec to reject the call, or use your mobile phone to reject the call.
Hang up Ongeing call: Press the Multifunction button once or use your mobile to hang up your call.
Last call redialing: Double press the Multifunction button to redial your last call.
CHARGING FUNCTION
Charging the device: Before connecting Type-C charger, make sure the headset has been switched OFF. While charging, the lights on the neckband will do slow breathing effect.
Completely Charged: Once the neckband is completely charged, the lights on the neckband will be solid for 30 sec and will tum off atter.

SAFETY AND MAINTAINANACE

Please read below suggestions in order to help to prolong the product lifespan and clearly understand the warranty clauses:

• Keep the product dry, do not put it in humid conditions to avoid short circuit.
• Do not expose it to the peak sun or high heat for extended period of time as this will shorten the lifespan of electronic components, damage battery and deform some plastic parts.
• Do not put it in cold circumstance to avoid damage to PCB board.
• Do not attempt to dismantle the product, as it maybe unsafe especially for non-professionals.
• Do not use chemical products, detergent, oily liquids to clean the item.
• Do not scratch the surface with sharp items to avoid damaging the case and appearance.
• Do not charge the case for more than 5 hours to avoid loss in battery life.
• Avoid hearing music at maximum volume for long periods of time as this can affect your hearing and is not advisable.

Note: Any damage to the product that is not manufacturing defect will lead to warranty being rendered null and void. Therefore, please take utmost care of your product.
