How To Pair

Step 1: Make sure your charging case is charged up. Simply open the lid of the charging case and earbuds will power ON and enter pairing mode. The cool blue light of one of the earbuds will be flashing blue. This indicates that the earbuds are ready to pair with your device.
Step 2: Tap “Wings Phantom 500” from the smartphone’s Bluetooth menu. There’s a voice prompt after successful connection. This will indicates that earbuds are successfully connected with your device and are ready to use.
Step 3: Congrat ulations! You are now connected and can start playing media.

Note : In case you do not connect to any device within 5 minutes of entering pairing mode, then both earbuds will be automatically power off Please put the earbuds back into the case and repeat the process to pair.

Touch Controls Usage

Play/Pause : Double touch the sensor on one earbud to pause music. Double touch on again on any one earbuds to resume playing music.
Changing Songs : Triple tap right earbuds to go to the next song and trip le tap on left earbuds for to go to previous song.
Adjusting Volume : Single touch the sensor on the left earbud to decrease volume, and single touch the right earbud to increase volume. Siri/ Google Assistant: Long press for 2 seconds on right earbud to activate voice assistant.
Game Mode : Long press for 2 seconds on the left earbud to turn ON gaming mode, the earbuds will do breathing light effect along with a voice prompt. long press for 2 second on the left earbuds again to turn OFF gaming mode.

Call Controls

Answer Incoming Call : Tap left or right earbuds once to earbuds the incoming call.
Hang Up Ongoing Call : Tap left or right earbuds again ones to end the ongoing call.
Reject Incoming Call : Long press for 2 second on left or right earbuds to reject the incoming call.

Charging The Case

Note: Please only use a 5V adapter to charge the case as higher voltage adapters can destroy the battery of case and earbuds.
Please connect the charging case with charging adapter via usb Type-C cable, which is included in the packaging to charge the case The Cool blue LED on charging case will began to flash; this indicates that the case is charging.
Once the case is completely charged, the Lights will turn OFF.

Charging The Earbuds

Earphones Low Battery : When the charging on earphones is low, you will hear a low battery voice prompt. The Cool blue lights on the earbuds will flash after every 5 seconds.
Charging Earphones : Place the earphones inside the case to charge them, the blue light on earphones will turn ON indicating that the earphones are charging.
Earphones completely charge : When the earphones are completely charged, the Blue light on the earphones will turn OFF.

Resetting The Device

Please follow the below steps when you see 2 “Wings Phantom 500” in your Bluetooth device menu on your mobile or you can hear music through only 1 earbud. This means the left and right earbuds have not auto paired with each other:

Step 1: Disconnect the earbuds and remove “Wings Phantom 500” from the list of paired devices on your mobile.
Step 2: Touch the sensor on either of the earbuds for 5 times quickly to clear the pairing data, and then turn it OFF
Step 3: Put them black into charge case, and the “Wings Phantom 500” ready to use on auto ON & auto pairing.

Reset process is now complete and you will be able to hear music through both earbuds.

Safety And Maintenance

Please read below suggestions in order to helping prolong the product lifespan and clearly understand the warranty clauses:

• Keep the product dry, do not put it in humid conditions to avoid short circuit.
• Do not expose it to the peak sun or high heat for extended period of time as this will short lifespan of electronic components, damage battery and deform some plastic parts.
• Do not put it in cold circumstance to avoid damage to PCB board.
• Do not attempt to dismantle the product, as it maybe unsafe especially for non-professionals.
• Do not use chemical products, detergent, oily liquids to clean the item.
• Do not scratch the surface with sharp items to avoid damaging the case and appearance.
• Do not charge the case for more than 5 hours to avoid loss in battery life.
• Avoid hearing music at maximum volume for long periods of time as this can affect your hearing and is not advisable.

Note: Any damage to the product that is not manufacturing defect will lead to warranty being rendered null and void. Therefore, please take utmost care of your product.
