How do I know if my device is compatible with PowerIQ technology?****

If your device supports USB charging, it is compatible with PowerIQ technology.

What happens if the LED indicator is orange when I connect my device?****

The orange LED indicates that your device is drawing more power than the PowerCore can provide. Disconnect your device and connect it to a different USB power source to charge it. If the issue persists, contact customer service at support@anker.com or 800-988-7973 Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm PST

What should I do when the LED indicator turns red?****

When the LED indicator turns red, it means that your PowerCore has reached its maximum output current and cannot accept any additional charging. To avoid damaging your devices or battery pack, please remove them from the charging cable and allow them to cool down before reconnecting them for charging.

Is the PowerCore II Slim 10000 Ultra Slim Power Bank compatible with Quick Charge 2.0?****

No, this product does not support Quick Charge 2.0 technology and will not charge devices that have Quick Charge 2.0 technology built-in at a faster rate than the standard charging speed.

How long does it take to charge a PowerCore?****

You can safely recharge your power core in 11-12 hours using a 2 amp or higher output charger. Lower output chargers (such as phone chargers) will not charge as quickly or safely.

How long does Anker PowerCore Slim take to charge?****

Rapid Recharge: Power up your PowerCore in just 4.5 hours with a USB-C Power Delivery wall charger (not included). Recharging via USB-A charger and cable (not included) will take approximately 10.2 hours.

How long does Anker PowerCore Slim 10000 take to charge?****

It will take 6-7 hours to fully charge the PowerCore 10000 with a 5V/2A wall charger (not included).

How long should I charge my Powerbank for the first time?****

Generally speaking, it takes between 1 to 2 hours for a power bank to become fully charged!

How do I know if my Anker is fully charged?****

If the battery is fully charged, the battery level indicators will light up and then turn off. The wireless charging indicator will stay on if a device is still being charged wirelessly.

Do Anker power banks stop charging when full?****

On the front where the button is there are 5 lights. Showing how much is left or how charged it is.

How do I know when my Anker PowerCore Slim 10000 is fully charged?****

The four LEDs indicate the charging progress. Once the power bank is fully charged, all four LEDs will shut off. A full charging cycle takes about 6-7 hours, depending on the chosen power source (e.g. 5V/2A power charger).
