Pizza Oven Product Information
The Pizza Oven comes in two models: EP1+1 and EP2+2. It operates on a voltage of 220V~240V and has a power output of 37kg and 55kg for the EP1+1 and EP2+2 models respectively. The oven has a landing bolt at the back, which can be connected to a copper core wire (>2.5mm2) with a safe earth wire. The Pizza Oven has a thermostat and an element that can be replaced if damaged.

Product Usage Instructions

Before operating the Pizza Oven, please ensure that you have read the instruction manual carefully.

Installation

  1. Make sure that the used voltage matches the rated voltage of the oven.
  2. Ensure that you have enough power to operate the unit.
  3. Connect the copper core wire with a safe earth wire to the landing bolt at the back of the oven.
  4. Inspect the wire, voltage, and landing wire to make sure they are safe and properly installed.

Instructions

  • A. The illuminating light switch controls the illuminating light in the oven.
    B. Turn on the power switch. Regulate the bottom heater thermostat to needed temperature to heat.(the timer just remind not interrupt)The thermostat will keep a constant temperature when the temperature reaches set temperature.

  • C. Turn off the power switch. Regulate the bottom heater thermostat to the required temperature. Then regulate the timer to the time needed. It will stop heating when it times out.(If using the timerplease increase the temperature to a set temperature)

  • D. The bottom heater thermostat is to control both the bottom element and the bottom indicator. The middle heater thermostat is to controlthe middle element and the middle indicator. The top heater thermostat is to control the top element and the top indicator.

  • E. The maximum temperature can reach 350℃ and the temperature increases rapidly.

  • F. You must preheat the temperature to 200-300℃ before putting the food in the oven.

Installation

  • A. The used voltage must be the same as rated voltage.
  • B.You must pull in enough power for the unit.
  • C.There is a landing bolt at back of the oven. Connect the copper core wire (>2.5mm2 ) with safe earth wire.
  • D. Inspect the wire, voltage, and the lading wire to be sure they are all safe and properly installed.

Waste Disposal:
At the end of its service life the d device has to be disposed of in accordance with the national regulations. It is advisable to contact a company which specialises in waste disposal, or contact the local disposal service in your community.

WARNING! To avoid danger, make the device unfit for use before disposal. For that purpose, disconnect the device from the mains supply and remove the mains connection cable from the device. NOTE! For the disposal of the device please consider and act according to the national and local rules and regulations.

Troubleshooting

Warranty

WARRANTY Hamoki Ltd warrants the original purchaser of every new product (under normal and proper use and maintenance service as specified by Hamoki Ltd and upon proper installation and start-up in accordance with the instruction packet supplied with each unit) a one year parts warranty.
Hamoki Ltd’s obligation under this warranty is limited to a period of one (1) year from the date of original installation.
