HAMOKI J210 Bonesaw Saw Machine
Bonesaw J210 and J320
The Bonesaw J210 and J320 are highly efficient saws designed for cutting through meat, bones, and other similar materials. Please read the instruction manual carefully before operating the device to ensure safety and optimal performance.
Safety Instructions
- Ensure that you wear proper attire before operating the device.
- Check the worktable before use for any loose screws or shift of motor back cover.
- Install a leakage protection device connected with the earth wire.
- Wear gloves when replacing the Saw Band.
- Never position fingers or thumbs in line with the blade to avoid serious personal injury.
- Do not back meat away from the blade while the saw is running. Plan your cuts so you always cut through the meat. If you need to back the meat out, turn off the bandsaw and wait for the blade to come to a complete stop.
- Do not twist or put excessive stress on the blade while backing meat away.
- Do not operate the emergency stop frequently as this can cause damage to the motor.
Operation
- Ensure that you have read and understood all safety instructions before operating the Bonesaw J210 or J320.
- Check that the worktable is free of any debris and securely attached before use.
- Power on the device and adjust the speed according to your cutting requirements.
- Slowly guide the material towards the blade while ensuring that your fingers and thumbs are positioned away from the blade.
- Cut through the material using steady and even pressure while avoiding backing the material away from the blade.
- After use, power off the device and wait for the blade to stop completely before cleaning or performing any maintenance.
- Regularly inspect and maintain the device to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

The Bonesaw J210 and J320 come with a limited warranty. Please refer to the
warranty document for more information.
WARNING

Please ensure that proper attire is worn when operating this device.

Please be sure to check the worktable before use if there are any loose screws , or if there is a shift of the motor back cover.

Please make sure you install a leakage protection device, this must be connected to the earth wire.

COMPONENTS
TECH PARAMETER
- A. Loosen the meat stopper
- B. Confirm the cutting thickness by adjusting the distance between the front and rear meat stoppers and band saw
- C. Start the machine
- DEF. Put the food on a movable Working table, then Take the saw guard on the right protection level, promote job boards, to bring food to the saw (The driving speed differs according to the different food, and based on the national running of saw band as a limitation. Repeat the operation for times until the cutting operation is completed, then turn off the power supply! A Never Position Fingers or thumbs in line with the cut!
CLEANING
- A. Open the protection door
- B. Take out the residue pan
- CDE. Lossen the tensioning Knob to relax the band saw then demount the saw (Wearing gloves before ). One hand press down the tensioning knob, and one hand upward lifts the Driven wheel out and clean
- F. Please use a low-pressure squirt gun to spray the interior minced meat, then reinstallment in order. Electrical parts(as the exterior control knob, switch.) can’t be directly sprayed by a squirt gun.
Notice:
- During remounting the saw band, check the tooth direction, position and make sure that the saw band shall be close to the backing wheel face of lower clamping device(The position of backing, wheel has been preset at delivery)
- Rotate the top wheel with your hand and make sure that it runs smoothly and the saw teeth stand out on the wheel (f necessary, it can be realized to adjust the regulating device ont the top wheel)

WARRANTY
Hamoki Ltd warrants the original purchaser of every new product (under normal
and proper use and maintenance service as specified by Hamoki Ltd and upon
proper installation and start-up in accordance with the instruction packet
supplied with each unit) a one-year parts warranty.
Hamoki Ltd’s obligation under this warranty is limited to a period of one (1)
year from the date of original installation.
