Please read this instruction manual carefully before operation
Safety Tips
THE FOOD MIXER IS A DANGEROUS APPLIANCE AND MUST ONLY BE USED BY TRAINED PERSONNEL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE INSTRUCTIONS.
When using this appliance, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
- Read all instructions.
- To avoid risk of electric shock, do not put the mixer in water or other liquid.
- The appliance is not intended for use by children or infirm persons without supervision.
- Unplug the Mixer from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning.
- Avoid contact with moving parts. Keep hands, hair and clothing, as well as spatulas and other utensils away from beater during operation to reduce the risk of injury to persons and/or damage to the Stand Mixer.
- Do not operate the Stand Mixer with a damaged cord or plug or after it Stand Mixer malfunctions, or is dropped in any manner. Return appliance to the nearest Authorized Service Center for examination, repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment.
- Do not use the Stand Mixer outdoors.
- Do not let the cord hang over edge of table or counter.
- Remove flat beater, stainless steel whip, or spiral dough hook from Stand Mixer before washing.
- Always start from speed ”0” for the kneading operation. Adjust to speed ”0” whenever stop during the operation.
- Use speed “2” to “5” for kneading operation.
- Do not use high speed (>5) for the kneading operation.
Electrical Requirements:
Note: The power rating for your Stand Mixer is printed on the serial plate,
placed under your Stand Mixer.
Do not use an extension cord. If the power supply cord is too short, have a
qualified electrician or serviceman install on outlet near the appliance.
The wattage rating is determined by using the attachment that draws the
greatest load (power). Other recommended attachments may draw significantly
less power.

Troubleshooting
If your Stand Mixer should malfunction or fail to operate, please check the following:

Is the Stand Mixer plugged in?

Is the fuse in the circuit to the Stand Mixer in working order? If you have a circuit breaker box, be sure that the circuit is closed.
Turn off the Stand Mixer for 10-15 seconds, the turn it back on. If the mixer still does not start, allow it to cool for 30 minutes before turning it back on. -
If the problem is not due to one of the above items, please inform the retailer.

WARRANTY
WARRANTY Namoki Ltd warrants the original purchaser of every new product
(under normal and proper use and maintenance service as specified by Namoki
Ltd and upon proper installation and start-up in accordance with the
instruction packet supplied with each unit) a one year parts warranty.
Namoki Ltd.’s obligation under this warranty is limited to a period of one (1)
year from the date of original installation.
