Safety Tips:

  1. This appliance is fit to store food in refrigeration state and for similar use.
  2. Do not use this appliance outside.
  3. Do not disassemble this appliance by yourself.
  4. Do not use the damaged appliance. Please consult with dealer if any problem occurs.
  5. Warning, Do not use other appliances(heater, ice-cream maker)inside this appliance. Except the appliances recommended by the manufacturer.
  6. Warning, Keep the good ventilation.
  7. Warning, Do not use other appliance or other ways to accelerate the defrosting process, except the relevant components recommended by the manufacturer.
  8. Warning, Do not damage the refrigerating unit.
  9. Do not stand on the drawers、doors or base.
  10. Do not allow oil or fat to come into contact with the plastic components or door seal. Clean immediately if contact occurs.

  12. Do not use the jet or pressure washers to clean the appliance.
  13. Keep children away from this appliance, take off the package in a safe and ordered way.
  14. Bottles that contain a high percentage of alcohol must be sealed and placed vertically in the refrigerator.
  15. Always carry and store the appliance in a vertical position.
  16. Always switch off and disconnect the power plug of the appliance before cleaning.
  17. Must consult with the manufacturers or dealers if the power plug damaged.
  18. Do not let people without relevant experience or knowledge to use this appliance, unless they are guided and supervised by experts.
  19. Make sure to keep children away form this appliance.
  20. This appliance is only suitable to use indoor, and cannot wash directly by water.
  21. Please act strictly in accordance with the manual to keep the normal operation of this appliance.
  22. Only the after-sales department concerned can repair the appliance.
  23. The maximal load per shelf is 25KG.
  24. The key can be only used by skilled person to service the appliance, not for user to maintain the appliance. Please keep the key to let it be away from common user.
  25. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
  26. If you won’t use this appliance any more, please scrap it. You can contact with local dealers or the relevant environment department to pursue right method.

Instruction for use
This appliance is only fit to store the food and drink for commercial use.

Installation

  1. The appliance must be stored in dry and ventilated indoors. To keep the normal operation of this appliance, keep this appliance away from direct solar radiation and heaters. Please note, the most suitable working temperature is +16℃~+40℃.

  2. Key Precautions
    During installation, please keep this appliance in good ventilation. Make sure there are enough space at the bottom, back and base of this appliance so as to keep the good ventilation.

  3. This appliance cooler must have a clearance of 5 inches/12,7 cm at top and 3.9 inch/10 cm at each side.

For the sake of safety, while disassembling the package, including the pallet at the bottom of the appliance and the foam pad as well as the tape inside the cabinet as support, we advise that it should be done by two more people.
After the disassembly of package, the appliance should stay in horizontal position. You can use foot to adjust, if the appliance is unstable. If the appliance is equipped with wheel you should use wood or other solid thing to block it. Lock the wheel in case that the appliance is moved by outside force.
Before plugging in, read carefully through the labels and manual instruction to ensure that the plug and power supply are in accordance with safety regulation.
Correct way to plug in and out the plug. While plugging in, make sure that the plug and socket are completely fit with each other; While plugging out,make sure that the plug and socket are completely disconnected. Don’t directly drag the plug line.
If this appliance wouldn’t be used for a long time, please disconnect the power supply. Please completely clean the appliance to avoid the peculiar smell.
To secure your personal safety, this appliance must be ground connected. The appliance is equipped with a ground plug with a ground wire. The plug must be plugged into the socket and the socket must be correctly grounded. If you don’t understand or suspect the grounding problem, please confirm with the electrical personnel or the service center.
If the plug line is not long enough to connect the plug, please turn to a expert to change the wiring circuit or relocate the socket.
If the power supply is disconnected, please restart the appliance after 5 mins to avoid the damage of compressor.
Note: If the appliance don’t stay in the right vertical position during the process of storage and carrying. Please restart the appliance after 12 hours of vertical and still position.
Note: Please clean the shelves and the interior before the first use of this appliance.

Power supply

This appliance use alternating current. You can refer to the rating labels to know the voltage and frequency. This appliance should use the independent three-pole socket. The socket should be equipped with a good ground line, the ground line cannot be connected to water pipe, gas pipe, lightning rod and other pipe and circuit. If any doubt happens, please contact the local dealer and expert.
Warning: this appliance must be grounded.
This appliance is equipped with a 10A three pin plug and should use the corresponding 10A three pin socket. The suitable fuse and other electric- controlled safety equipment should be equipped.
Special Remark: The ground line at the end of socket should be in line with appliance standard. Key point:
The colors of power line are in accordance with following code:
Yellow-green line:ground line
Blue line:zero line
Brown line:firing line
Please note the wire code represented by the color of power line, to identify the relevant
terminals: Here is the rule:
The yellow-green represents ground line, the terminal identity is “E”; the blue represents zero line, the terminal identity is “N” or the color is marked black. Brown represents firing line, the terminal identity is “L” or the color is marked red.

Instruction for operation

Connect the power supply.
The thermostat illustrates the actual interior temperature.
Before maintenance, make sure that the appliance is disconnected from the power supply to avoid a electric shock.
Operation manual:
Food storage
To make sure the appliance works in best condition, please follow the advice below:
Store the food while reaching the correct operating temperature.
While the appliance is working, please keep the door closed when you don’t use the appliance.
Don’t store the unpacked hot food or liquid directly.
Do your best to pack the food or things inside.
Don’t block the air hole of the cycling fan inside the cabinet, while placing food or others.
Don’t keep the door open for a long time.
The maximum load per shelf is 25 KG.
The food should be kept in vessel before placing in the cabinet, the food should be avoided putting directly in the cabinet.
Start the appliance:
Keep the door closed.
Click the switch to [O],plug the power supply.
Turn on the power switch [I], the thermostat will illustrate the exact interior temperature.
While the ** sign flicks for three minutes, the compressor will experience a 3minutes delay to start.
The temperature setting and controlling

Checking the setting temperature
Click and loose the SET key, digital thermostat will display the setting temperature.
Click and loose the SET key again or wait for 5 seconds, digital thermostat displays the normal temperature.
Change the setting temperature
Click the SET key for 2 more seconds to change the setting temperature.
The digital thermostat will display the setting temperature, together “°C” begins flickering.
In 10 seconds, click “︿” (up) or “﹀” (down) to change the setting temperature
Press the SET key again or wait for 10 seconds to preserve the new setting temperature.

Instruction for defrosting

Chiller: Self defrosting
Self defrosting
The defrosting cycle occurs every 4 hours
Note: the cycle is counted after the start of the appliance.
Manual defrosting
Press the manual defrosting key for 5 seconds
The defrosting cycle begins, the defrosting light is on, the defrosting cycle will last for 20 minutes.
Note: manual defrosting will reset the time of automatic defrosting cycle. The next automatic defrosting cycle begins 4 hours after the ending of manual defrosting.
Freezer: after the manual defrosting, cut off the power supply and empty the refrigerator. After all ice melts, clean the refrigerator and then use it.
Automatic defrosting
The defrosting cycle occurs every 4 hours.
TYPE 2
Keypad (model C, S, X, Y)

Don’t use the sharp or other protruding object which will probably cause the scratch and damage of the appliance.
Note: Please refer to the thermostat manual for further adjustment.

Cleaning, Care, Maintenance

Maintenance
Before maintenance, make sure that the appliance is disconnected from the power supply to avoid the electric shock.
Use neutral cleaning fluid to clean the appliance and the grinding fluid must be avoided. Boiling water isn’t allowed to clean the accessories(the highest is +85℃)
During the process of cleaning, make sure that the gasket are cleared completely and no sticky substance is allowed. Otherwise, the gasket will be damaged which in turn, cause the sealing problem and other damages.
The outlet of condenser fan must keep clean and ventilated to ensure the normal operation of the appliance.
The condenser should be cleaned periodically, and vacuum cleaner and brush are the best tools.

Daily maintenance
The power switch must be turned off and supply must be cut.
The appliance must be cleaned and wiped often.
The wet cloth is not allowed to clean the switch,control panel,cable and plug.
Don’t use grinding liquid to damage the appliance.Use the neutral liquid.
Clean water is only allowed to clean the gasket.
During cleaning, wet cloth and water are not allowed to touch the electric components.
Water are not allowed to directly wash the appliance.
After cleaning, use soft cloth to wipe the appliance.
The appliance must be repaired by dealers or expert concerned.
If the appliance hasn’t be used for a long time, you should turn off the switch, cut the power supply, empty the appliance and completely clean it. The door should be often kept open to avoid the smell or mould.
Special maintenance
Below should be done by professional staff.
Regular operation
Use suitable tools, and clean it regularly.(vacuum cleaner or soft brush)
Regular test to make sure that no electric components is loose.
Regular test to confirm the regular operation of thermostat and temperature probe.
Regular cleaning of the condenser helps to lengthen the service life of appliance.
Experts are required to clean the condenser.
The key of electric cabinet should be kept away from children and other users.
Key is only used to unlock the door.
