Introduction

Welcome to the Wings True Wireless Generation with the all new Wings Bassdrops 100. We hope you are as excited as us to feel and flaunt your latest soundwear. But before you dive right in, we strongly recommend going through this user manual thoroughly as it contains important technical information to ensure you have a seamless audio experience with us. Once you are done reading the manual, we are sure you will be all set to FEEL IT! FLAUNT IT!

How To Pair

1. STEP 1 Make sure your charging case is charged up. Simply open the lid of the charging case and earbuds will power ON and enter pairing mode. The white light on earbuds will flash for 1 second. This indicates that the earbuds are ready to pair with your device.
2. STEP 2 Tap “Wings Bassdrops 100” from the smartphone’s bluetooth menu. There’s a voice prompt after successful connection. This will indicate that earbuds are successfully connected with your device and are ready to use.
3. STEP 3 Congratulations! You are now connected and can start playing media.

Note : In case you do not connect to any device within 5 minutes of entering pairing mode, then both earbuds will be automatically power OFF. Please put the earbuds back into the case and repeat the process to pair.

Touch Controls Usage

• Play/Pause : Double touch the sensor on any one earbud to pause music. Double touch again on any one earbud to resume playing music.
• Changing Songs : Triple tap the right earbud to go to the next Song and triple tap on the left earbud go to previous song.
• Adjusting Volume: Single touch the sensor on the left earbud to decrease volume, and single touch the right earbud to increase volume.
• Siri/Google Assistant: Long press for 3 seconds on right earbud to activate voice assistant.
• ANC Mode : Press and hold the left earbud for 3 seconds to toggle between the 3 ANC modes: ANC OFF, Voice Through and ANC ON. The default mode is ANC OFF.

Note : ANC mode is only valid in twin mode. The left or right mono modes does not support ANC mode.

Call Controls

• Answer Incoming Call : Tap left or right earbud twice to answer the incoming call.
• Hang Up Ongoing Call : Tap left or right earbud again twice to end the ongoing call.
• Reject Incoming Call : Long press for 2 seconds on left or right earbud to reject the incoming call.

Charging The Case

Note : Please only use a 5V adap ter to charge the case as higher voltage adapters can destroy the battery of case and earbuds.

• 50% – Steady Blue

• 20%-50%- Steady Red
• <20%- Flashes Red Quickly

Once the charging case is fully charged. The charging case will flash blue light.

Charging The Earbuds

Place the earbuds inside the charging case to charge the earbuds.

Resetting The Device

Please follow the below steps when you see 2 “Wings Bassdrops 100” in your bluetooth device menu on your mobile or you can hear music through only 1 earbud. This means the left and right earbuds have not auto-paired with each other:

1. Step 1 :Take out both earbuds from the charging case and turn them OFF by pressing both earbuds for 5 seconds.
2. Step 2 : Press and hold both the earbuds for 10 seconds to clear the paired information.
3. Step 3 : The earbuds red LED will stay ON for 2 seconds after a successful resetting. The red LED will go out and the earbuds will automatically re-enter pairing mode.

Reset process is now complete and you will be able to hear music through both the earbuds.

Safety And Maintenance

Please read below suggestions in order to helping prolong the product lifespan and clearly understand the warranty clauses:

• Keep the product dry, do not put it in humid conditions to avoid short circuit.
• Do not expose it to the peak sun or high heat for extended period of time as this will short lifespan of electronic components, damage battery and deform some plastic parts.
• Do not put it in cold circumstance to avoid damage to PCB board.
• Do not attempt to dismantle the product, as it maybe unsafe especially for non-professionals.
• Do not use chemical products, detergent, oily liquids to clean the item.
• Do not scratch the surface with sharp items to avoid damaging the case and appearance.
• Do not charge the case for more than 5 hours to avoid loss in battery life.
• Avoid hearing music at maximum volume for long periods of time as this can affect your hearing and is not advisable.

Note : Any damage to the product that is not manufacturing defect will lead to warranty being rendered null and void. Therefore, please take utmost care of your product.
