Product Information
The Harp Series is a discontinued outdoor lighting fixture available in two versions: 3 x 4 tall tenon mount version and 2 threaded pipe mount version. The luminaire is designed for outdoor use and requires installation by a qualified professional.

Product Usage Instructions
The following instructions are for the installation and maintenance of the Harp Series fixture.
Product Installation

Fixture Installation
- Feed supply leads from the pole through the wireway hole.
- Place and level the luminaire on the pole. On units that mount to a 3O.D. X 4 tall tenon, alternately tighten the (6) set screws to 10-12 foot pounds. See Figure 1. On units that mount to a 2 threaded pipe, install the pipe nut (not supplied) used to secure the unit.
- Connect the electrical supply wires to the terminal block in the bottom of the housing. The terminals are marked L1 (Line 1). G (Ground), and L2 (Line 2). If one of the supply lines is electrically neutral, it should be connected to terminal L2. Refer to Figure 2.
- Holding the ballast assembly/top cover in one hand, use the other hand to connect the male wiring harness connector to the female wiring harness connector. See Figure 2.
- Gently place ballast assembly into chamber of housing.
- Tighten (3) set screws on ballast assembly/top cover. See Figure 2.
- Open lamp chamber by loosening the refractor door screw and swing down refractor. Refer to Figure 1.
- Install the proper lamp type. Tighten the lamp carefully but securely.
- Close lamp chamber by swinging up the refractor and tightening the refractor door screw.
- Energize the luminaire. Check for proper operation.
Product Maintenance
Relamping and Cleaning
- Wipe off exterior dirt and debris.
- Open lamp chamber by loosening the refractor door screw and swing down refractor. Refer to Figure 1.
- Remove lamp.
- Wipe out the refractor interior with a clean dry cloth.
- Install new lamp of correct wattage and type. Tighten the lamp carefully but securely.
- Close lamp chamber by swinging up the refractor and tightening the refractor door screw.
- Energize the luminaire. Check for proper operation.

INTRODUCTION
Product Description
- The Harp luminaires have been designed to distribute specific patterns of light on the surface below. All optics have street side orientation embossed on the flange of the refractor.
- The Harp luminaire is designed for easy maintenance.
- The lamp can be easily accessed by loosening a screw and swinging down the refractor.
- Electrical components are mounted on an easily removable ballast assembly plate.

OPTICS ORIENTATION NOTES
Some of the fixtures in this series are equipped with optical components that produce distributions of light that are not symmetric and are intended to be aimed by orienting the prismatic refractor a specific direction. The “Street Side” marking on the refractor should be pointed toward the street. -
Install the proper lamp type. Tighten the lamp carefully but securely.

Close lamp chamber by swinging up the refractor and tightening the refractor door screw.

Energize the luminaire. Check for proper operation.
MAINTENANCE
Relamping and Cleaning

Replacement Ballast Assembly
- Loosen (3) set screws on ballast assembly/top cover. Refer to Figure 2.
- Pull up ballast assembly/top cover with one hand and use other hand to disconnect the male wiring harness connector.
- Flip assembly upside down, loosen the (3) keyway screws and turn ballast plate assembly clockwise to disengage.
- Unpack replacement ballast assembly. Check voltage leads.
- Place the top of the ballast assembly on the bottom of the top cover. Rotate ballast assembly counter-clockwise until the keyway screws engage. Tighten the (3) keyway screws.
- Flip ballast assembly/top cover 180 degrees, connect the male wiring harness connector to the female wiring harness connector and gently place assembly down into housing.
- Tighten (3) set screws.
- Energize the luminaire. Check for proper operation.
