When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should be followed, including the following

  1. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE
  2. Never insert fingers, pencils, or any other object through the grill when the fan is running
  3. Disconnect the fan when moving from one location to another.
  4. Disconnect the fan when not in use and before cleaning and servicing.
  5. To protect against the risk of electrical shock, do not immerse the fan in water or any other liquid.
  6. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of the table or counter.
  7. Be sure the fan is on a stable surface when operating to avoid overturning.
  8. Do not use a fan in a window. Rain may create electrical hazards.
  9. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
  10. Do not operate any fan with a damaged cord. Discard fan or return to an authorized service facility for examination and/or repair.
  11. Do not run cord under the carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Do not route the cord under furniture or appliances. Arrange the cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
  12. Do not use outdoors.

OPERATION OF YOUR FAN

  • Clip the fan to a desk, table or shelf.
  • If using the fan as a freestanding fan, place on a flat-level surface.
  • Plug the small end of the USB-C Cable into the port located on the back of the unit.
  • Plug the other end into a computer or other USB power source. Input: 5V-1A
  • Press and hold the power ON/OFF button for 3 seconds to start the unit. The fan will start to operate at a low speed. Press the button again to select medium speed and a third time for high speed.
  • Press and hold the power ON/OFF button for 3 seconds to power OFF the unit.

TROUBLESHOOTING & WARRANTY

BEFORE YOU CALL FOR SERVICE IF THE APPLIANCE FAILS TO OPERATE: Plug the small end of the USB-C Cable into the port located on the back of the unit. Make sure the other end of the USB cable is securely connected to a computer or other working USB power source. IF NONE OF THE ABOVE SOLVES THE PROBLEM, CONTACT A QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN. DO NOT TRY TO ADJUST OR REPAIR THE APPLIANCE YOURSELF.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Any repair, replacement, or warranty service, and all questions about this product should be directed to W Appliance Co. at 844-299-0879 from the USA or Puerto Rico. W Appliance Co. warrants to the original purchaser that the product will be free from defects in material, parts, and workmanship for the period designated for this product. The warranty commences the day the product is purchased and covers up to a period of1 year (12 months) for labor/1 year (12 months) for parts (manufacturing defects only). W Appliance Co. agrees that it will, at its option, replace the defective product with either a new or remanufactured unit equivalent to your original purchase during the warranty period. Exclusions: This warranty does not apply to the

  1. If the appearance or exterior of the product has been damaged or defaced, altered, or modified in design or construction.
  2. If the product’s original serial number has been altered or removed or cannot be readily determined.
  3. If there is damage due to a power line surge, user damage to the AC power cord, or connection to an improper voltage source.
  4. If damage is due to general misuse, accidents, or acts of God.
  5. If repair attempts are done by unauthorized service agents, use of parts other than genuine parts or parts obtained from persons other than authorized service companies.
  6. On units that have been transferred from the original owner.
  7. On products that have been purchased as refurbished, like new, or second-hand, in “As-Is” or “Final Sale” terms.
  8. To products used in a commercial or rental setting.

  11. Transportation and shipping costs associated with the replacement of the unit.
