Product Information

The Mega FOAM Machine is a foam generating machine that can produce foam of different colors. It comes with a frame for mounting and a case for storage and transportation. The machine uses foam powder to create foam and requires a water supply. It has a powerful fan for blowing the foam out of the machine and can be controlled using a control panel.

Installation

To install the machine, it should be mounted via its screw holes on the bracket. The unit should be firmly fixed to avoid vibration and slipping while operating. Always ensure that the structure to which you are attaching the unit is secure and is able to support a weight of 10 times of the unit’s weight. Also always use a safety cable that can hold 12 times of the weight of the unit when installing the fixture. The equipment must be fixed by professionals. And it must be fixed at a place where is out of the touch of people and has no one pass by or under it.

Machine Operation Steps

First check the switch of the Control Panel, which must be in the OFF state.
Adjust the angle button and fix it.
Open the Control Panel of the machine, and the check button must be in the OFF state.
Put the water pump directly into the foam water pail that has been deployed.
Plug in the power supply, turn on the fan and let it work for 30 seconds first.

When shutting down: The water pump must be turned off first, and then fan will be turned off after 30 seconds.

Operation Mode of Foam Powder

Foam powder is available in different colors such as red, green, yellow, purple, blue, white, or other colors. It can be mixed with water in a ratio of 1:200 or 1:300, depending on the color and scale. One kilogram of foam powder can be mixed with 200 liters of water or diluted with 300 liters of water. It is difficult to clean the color foam powder, so protective tools should be used.

Machine Cleaning and Maintenance

Start the fan first and then the water pump. Shut down the water pump first and then the fan.
After using the machine, the machine water pump must be turned OFF first stop working.
Put the water pump into the prepared water. Press the machine angle to the minimum, witch the machine head down.
Turn on the water pump of the machine again, until spray is clear water.
Wipe clean, Put it in.

Matters Needing Attention

When preparing for operation. The machine must switched ON and OFF, ,,Water Switch is all closed.
When cleaning, the ,,water pump switch must be turned OFF.
Please keep the machine out of the reach of children.
Due to the high power of the fan, please do not touch the inside of the machine when it is powered on. The power must be cut off.

Disconnect main power before servicing and maintenance.
Use safety chain when fixes this fixture. Don’t handle the fixture by taking its head only, but always by taking its base.
Maximum ambient temperature is: 400C Don’t operate it where the temperature is higher than this.
In the event of serious operating problem, stop using the fixture immediately. Never try to repair the fixture by yourself. Repairs carried out by unskilled people can lead to damage or malfunction. Please contact the nearest authorized technical assistance center. Always use the same type spare parts.
Do not connect the device to any dimmer pack.
Do not touch any wire during operation and there might be a hazard of electric shock.
To prevent or reduce the risk of electrical shock or fire, do not expose the fixture to rain or moisture.
The housing must be replaced if they are visibly damaged.
Do not look directly at the LED light spot while the fixture is on.

Do not point strong light output from other fixtures at the Mega FOAM Machine, as intense illumination can damaged the equipment.

PRODUCT INSTALLATION

MACHINE OPERATIONS STEPS

Foam powder is divided into: red, green, yellow, purple, blue, white or other colors.
Scale: 1:200 scale and 1:300 scale
One kilogram of foam powder can be mixed with 200l water; one kilogram of foam powder can be diluted with 300l water.
The mixing powder is clear and transparent.
CAUTION: IT IS DIFFICULT TO CLEAN THE COLOR FOAM POWDER. PLEASE USE PROTECTIVE TOOLS.
